I’m giving this a four star because this isn’t my first time here it’s just my first time rating it if it would’ve been my first time here I probably would’ve given it a two star. It was just I think a bad night all over for this restaurant, but they’re mostly pretty good. I just wanna put that out there. I hate when people say I always come here. It’s really good but then they give a one star review for the one bad time they go. Every restaurant deserves a bad time without being ridiculed. First of all, it was a really busy night they must’ve been understaffed. It took a really long time for them to even come over to us but when the guy finally did, he was very nice and he ended up being pretty attentive. I’m not sure how it happened because our food came really quickly, but my food was cold and that’s weird because it came so quick Almost like it was just sitting there and I happened to order the same thing that maybe somebody else sent back. But it was really loud the music they were playing was obnoxious people were drunk in there so it was just a bad night. Read moreThis place is awful. We came in and were sat promptly. Three other tables came in and were sat. The 1 waiter for the other 3 tables got the drink orders, brought the drinks, got the meal orders, and brought appetizers before Carlos, our waiter even came over to offer to get our drink order. Twenty minutes had gone by before Carlos even came to our table. He had been sitting at a table folding the silverware in napkins the whole time. Then, instead of going to get our drink orders, Carlos went straight back to the table he was sitting in and continued to prepare the silverware for another 16 minutes after he left us waiting 20 minutes. The other three tables had already started getting their meals and they all came in after us. Carlos had but even brought us our drinks. We asked one of the other servers if they could get Carlos to bring us our drinks and take our order, they pointed to Carlos sitting at a table. He was still folding silverware in napkins and looking right at us. He saw us and the waiter wave to him, but he waved his hand at us in a way to say go away, and continued to prepare the silverware. He finally brought our drinks after 29 minutes of waiting for Carlos to fold his silverware and he told us he would be back to get our order.

Read moreI’ve been coming here for years, and I don’t say this lightly—it’s gone way downhill. The portions are noticeably smaller now. Fajitas “for two” wouldn’t even fill one hungry person. If this is their answer to inflation, it’s the wrong one. I’d rather pay a little more and actually get a full meal.
The food lacked flavor and felt rushed—like it was slapped together, not thoughtfully made. The table was still wet and reeked of cleaner, and the wait time was way too long for the kind of quality we got. They’re clearly overwhelmed, and the experience reflects it.
They also got rid of the hot sauce that made them stand out. I don’t know what changed behind the scenes, but the whole operation feels hollow now.
Honestly, I’d have been better off going to Taco Bell for my birthday—at least they don’t pretend to be something they’re not.
And while I’m at it, let’s not pretend this town doesn’t have a way of chewing people up. I know my review won’t be well-received by the locals, but I’d rather be honest than pretend everything’s fine just to keep small-town egos intact.
