I have had such an incredible experience with Allan Jewelers from the first time I entered the store. As a young man looking for quality jewelry for my beautiful lady, they helped me find the perfect ring to propose. It's a beautiful green diamond (who knew those existed?), with two triangle diamonds on both sides on a white gold band. She was stunned and adores her unique, gorgeous ring. A couple years later, we came back for the wedding bands and once again were expertly guided to the exact styles we imagined.

Knowing that everything is ethically sourced, reasonably priced, quality materials, and handled by professionals who genuinely care have made Allan Jewelers the only place we will ever consider for jewelry. Highly recommend!

Very, very poor customer service. I was looking for a place to have my jewelry repaired. I'm sorry to say this place didn't work for me. I went to pick my ring up and still had a loose diamond. The sales associate argued with me. After a closer inspection she finally agreed and walked away. I had to get her attention to ask what they were going to do. Once again I made a trip to the store to find they didn't know what was done to the ring! I bought a ring there I put it on for not even two hours in the stone fell out, luckily My Husband found it. They told me to bring it in that I would be getting it fixed free of charge. Now they’re trying to charge me $89 to get my ring back when I spent thousands of dollars over Christmas and they said they have a 30 day policy.
