Edited: Excellent response by upper management about the poor service I received. Since the food was amazing, I would gladly give them another chance. Amazing food but terrible customer service. It’s 6:00 on a Friday night and they don’t have meat? The woman who seems to be the shift manager was very rude to an elderly gentleman; it broke my heart. The young man sweeping the floor and assisting with the food line was very kind though. The food was delicious but the manager treated this awesome restaurant like it’s McDonalds. 😓

We order takeout from this location frequently, and always use the app (gotta get those reward points)! Our order is usually ready by the time we walk in the door. Tip - If you place a big order online, they keep those behind the counter and not in the carryout order area. I always order a bowl, today I ordered: 1. Mediterranean - If you like brown rice and vegetables, this is the order for you. (5/5 🌟) 2. The Carolina is my favorite bowl and my usual order. ❤️ I highly recommend everyone try Currito!

Great greens and grains bowl place, open only weekdays for lunch. Big healthy portions at a decent price. They have a solid menu, including a choice of tofu instead of beef chicken or pork, plus you can build your own bowl. They also have cookies. Service was fast and friendly. I enjoyed their Apple Faro Salad with chicken

If you go here planning to get the regular burrito and compare it to Chipotle you are doing this restaurant and yourself a huge disservice... I know how it is when I go to a new restaurant I get the staple menu item as well (so I can better judge the quality) but I'm telling you that isn't what you do here... You want the Bangkok burrito. Had this place not been near my office I may have never gone here over Chipotle after my first visit because I'm really quite fond of chipotle... But a few visits in when chipotle was crowded I was experimenting with the far vaster menu and sorted out what this place was really about and it's not really about a steak burrito (although it is still good) it's about the fusion of other cultures into the burrito market. My guess is they can make the steak burrito better and choose not to simply because that isn't what they want us to order... It's like a ordering a cheese burger at a Mexican place or chicken strips at a Chinese restaurant... Or a black bean burger at a steak place... It's there for the timid people who are afraid to branch out when they show up with their more adventurous friends... but they didn't want to put it on the menu in...

Before the pandemic was my go to place for lunch since the food was good, price was comparable to Chipotle, and the service was decent. Now I avoid the place. Why? Go in there for lunch at 12 and the lines are long and slow. Go in there at 12:30 and they funnel you into one line. Usually a Currito employee or two will randomly cut in front of you and order something overly complicated for themself that slows everything up. Go in there after 1 place is basically shut down with no line but all the workers are cleaning or talking to each while you wait for them to fill your order. Prices have basically doubled in the past 5 years. Prices are now higher than Chipotle. Location has always been bad. Next to a liquor store and all the bus stops in government square which pretty much kills the atmosphere. Just...

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and value for the money. The sanitary and cleaning habits of the staff need improvement. They kept a broom and dust pan when not in use, against the back wall, near the street entrance. When a kitchen worker came out to sweep and clean, he grabbed the pan and broom to use them. Then he was handling the broom by the end of the bristles as he finished and put the broom back in the same spot. He went back to the "make" counter in the kitched and resumed work. All the time he had on food service gloves; and he never changed the gloves, or washed his hands. So the gloves protected his hands. Someone needs to train the employees that washing hands and wearing gloves are to protect the customer from the employees and the store's bacteria, not the...
