The Atmosphere is great. As I approach the down town Cincinnati area location stands out convenient for me to their and leave easly. Their building stands as very color full and sporty. The music is on point. It's a great clean environment. I seen business people to law enforcement also enjoy this same environment. Theirs always a good sports game. The employees work hard together as a team. I' m not a drinker do to health reason but, I never hear a complaint at the bar. Or from any tables. The environment welcomes anyone and everyone. The employees are culturally devine. They show great spirit and motivation as the rush pushes through regular meal hours. It's a strong recommend place to sit and review your emails as the environment welcomes social but, privacy to work in a digital manner; ie, answering emails, text messaging and socializing online. They held their St. Patrick's day spirit strong. Making it a great place to enjoy the holiday as motivation brough up my morale.
Robyn was my server. Never seen a women works so hard in life. She perfectly balance 5 full course lunch meal to a family of 5. As another service employee brought the drinks. I could see these customers were also happy as a family enjoying their meals as well. Her hospitality is very welcoming as she still moves and maintains taking care of her section. She stays very busy at all times. I honestly got wore out watching he work. She communicates in a professional manner.
The managers welcome their customers and take time to see how well the customers are enjoying their meal. They don't slouch acting as a boss but, takes great initiative as a leader. They do a great job by leading by example and being laissez-fair. Their trust in the employees are well established with in what I see is proper communication. Their trainers must do great job helping as management. Especially, as it seems to be great business for consumer. This restaurant maintains a great clean environment with in policy's to the regulations of the law of it's location of the land.
The hostesses are polite, welcoming. I seen the hostess help bus tables in orderly fashion while maintaining the the front door. They move quickly also keeping the servers busy.
I've been to BRU multiple times and only one time during a bad weather with in later evening hours was the place to appear slow.
Everytime I've been their eat my food it was cooked-to-order. The food was made perfectly to my desire. Their Burgers draw in a great taste that melts in my mouth. As I can still feel it my mouth watering over the thoughts and desires for another one. Mine you this I'm writing this at 4:00 am. Their slaw is made fresh with an Al Dente desire as the cabbage is properly cut to the dice and mince and mixed properly with it's sauce keeping my hunger with the will to want more. Their fruit cups are properly garnished and dress with welly sliced and properly prepped and served. They are large enough quantity to feed a vegetarian a welly course insulated meal to keep their blood sugar high enough to balance the proteins from the other supplemented parts of offered meals like salads on choice. Their fries are great. I've seen the kitchen helpers step out to grab and only bus the closest tables. As if, it seems they know not to get completely way of the service happening in the dinning room.
(5)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is an under rating for how this restaurant sits in my eyes. It's a great place to get away from home but, still relax like your at living area at home with guest. Or even feel the structure to take a good break from business or work. If I could put (10)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on this review, here it is. I haven't had as great service and food in a long time. This is a place where I know I can bring any of my out of state friend into this establishment and know they will walk out with a full stomach a smile.
I strongly recommend for anyone and everyone to go and check out this BRU. It is location on 41 E. 6th St. Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.

Read moreI visited Bru Cincinnati on 5-16-24 along with a co worker. We were seated and immediately placed our order because we were on a lunch break and time was an issue. After 20 minutes we asked if our food could be boxed up for carryout. The server went back to the kitchen and the manager came out with our plates and sat them down and said, "you've only been here for 20 minutes most people get 30 minutes for lunch," very rudely! She said it in a very sarcastic nasty way and turned to walk away and I asked her what her name was, which is Brook. What Brook should have said was, I'm so sorry, we're a little busy, here's some boxes for you. This was my co workers first time there and her last time there. I went there in a great mood on this beautiful day and I left there really upset because Brook chose to lose customers instead of handling a very simple situation. I got back to work and immediately called corporate to give feedback and found out that Brook was over this location. I told them that my complaint was against her and I was told that someone else would get back to me and I'm awaiting that call. As a business owner, I would like to give some feedback. Brook needs more training. She needs management training. She needs customer service training. She needs to know how to handle customer situations that arise in a professional manor. I will NOT return to this location because of the experience that I had with BROOK. It's unfortunate that she's in management. Hopefully, she can get some much...
Read moreI stumbled across Bru Burger as I was looking for a place to eat near my hotel and found many eateries were actually closed on a Monday evening - and I'm glad I found it! I got take-out, but I find the environment to be welcoming - I somewhat regretted not dining in once I walked in. On a Monday night, there were only a handful of other diners, so it wasn't noisy. From observation, the servers seemed very attentive to their diners, and genuinely friendly while being professional and efficient.
I ordered the Baja Salmon Sandwich, and although it sounded good, I honestly didn't have high expectations, thinking this would be typical bar food. However, I couldn't have been more wrong - the sandwich was exquisite! The salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked - a light crust on the outside, and tender, moist, and flaky - it was almost a shame to have this good of a piece of salmon on a sandwich. The guacamole, black bean aioli with spinach were the perfect compliment of flavors - I absolutely loved this sandwich! The fries were nicely seasoned - they were a bit soggy in my take out container, but I'd expect they would hand been presented crispier if served on a plate if I'd dined in - they appeared to have been cooked fresh.
I'll definitely be back next time I travel to Cincinnati - highly...
