I was accused of stealing ornaments when I did nothing of the sort. I walked outside to get a sip of water from my car, and walked back into the store. I was instantly accused of stealing, and was told I had to leave. I told the woman I stole nothing and she rolled her eyes and went to her co workers, proceeded to snicker and whisper. The private security was called and also the police. I am appalled at this woman's behavior and I will not be returning to this location. Just because I am a woman of color with dreads and my hood up because it's cold outside I was accused of being a thief. I came before closing and the doors were locked the workers looked at their phones and talked for a couple of minutes before finally opening the door and used a sorry excuse saying they had to "close early because their machines were down". And when my daughter and I walked away I see them smiling and laughing. If you knew the machines were down why the need to conversate before opening the door to tell me? Terrible customer service, if you don't really want to work for your paycheck and want to close before advertised store hours then go find a job that allows you to do that or don't work...
