PLEASE READ: I bought a brand new a20 from the Boost Mobile website a few weeks ago. The touch screen stopped working out of nowhere and Boost Mobile wouldn't do anything to help me. I called the owner of this store by chance asking him to help and when I didn't get the answer I like I ignorantly went off on him out of frustration. The next day I went in to apologize. I wound up buying a new phone off of him for at least $100 cheaper then the Boost Mobile website was selling it. He took his time and genuinely help me get a new phone and made sure I didn't leave until everything was all set up. I buy pretty much everything online and don't remember the last time I bought a cell phone in the store. This was a reminder to support our local businesses because they treat us like people instead of like a number like the corporations in the customer service people do so often. He is so good with his customers and with his store in general. I want to say thank you. And I also want to suggest people to utilize him because he was so much more helpful and pleasant and cheaper to deal with and buying it from the retailer or the...
Read moreI’ve always try to support local and minority owned and I did for this business , I paid for services that couldn’t be done and also bought an iPhone as well. Was going to purchase a second phone for my kid and he offered another iPhone but I told him I didn’t want to spend that much as it’s for a kid he said ok, great. He was super short with me and said that he had some personal stuff going and said yes I have the iPhone . I told him no remember you told me you’d find another phone and get back to me- he interrupts me and says “ I don’t think I’m the right sale place for you! Wow is this how you treat a customer that supports your small business. Super disappointed how unprofessional...

Chris diagnosed it as a problem with my digitizer and swapped out the screen in a few minutes while I waited.
The replacement showed minor but usable issues after installation, and it was his last XS screen. Another shop might’ve said 🤷🏾♂️ and maybe offered a discount on it.
Chris understood I needed a phone and had to get back to my job, so he ordered some brand new screens for me and let me keep the first replacement as a courtesy while we waited for the shipment.
A couple days later I returned, he swapped out the faulty replacement for a perfect new one and I went home a supremely happy dude. Customer for life. 12/10 would...
