My new favorite place! I’ve literally been here every day since discovering it! If you’re looking for a place to eat that’s not only healthy but also delicious this is it! The owner, Angel, is a professional chef, extremely knowledgeable and informative. He makes sure any special dietary restrictions or preferences are met while making sure you love the food! It’s like having your own personal chef! The smoothies are fantastic, the bowls are colorful and the salads are not boring! I also bought his specially formulated nutritional powder for home…it is chocolate and delicious! my mom even loves it in her coffee! Angel, Katrina and their little boy make it a pleasant experience with an inviting family atmosphere. All contributing to wellness! I can honestly say I’m inspired by them! What an absolute gem! 💛 This café is small but incredibly cozy, with fresh, flavorful food that feels made with love. The chef, Angel (yes, that’s really his name!), is warm, polite, and a truly talented cook. Every bite was delicious, and the service made us feel right at home.

After our meal, I was so relaxed and happy that I accidentally left my bag hanging on a chair. We’re from New York, and I didn’t realize it was missing until we were already home. We called the café and sent an email — and Angel (I’m convinced he’s a real angel!) had found my bag and mailed it back to me, refusing to take a single penny.

We absolutely love Healthy in Color. Angel is the Smoothie Guru. My partner comes all the way from Westchester and it is MANDATORY he gets a smoothie from Healthy in Color specifically Banana Almond. I have tried the The Popeye which is my new favorite. Island Escape, Passionfruit Glow, Peachy Keen, Purple Power all really great options. We add protein to every smoothie and a slice avocado. It’s so good and made to perfection EVERYTIME!!! I have also had the Fruit and Oatmeal. Everything is fresh, tastes great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
