Calming atmosphere, gorgeously decorated, truly unique candles, and wonderful service.

I took a day trip to this beautiful Hudson Valley region for a medical appointment and had to drive practically all day to get there and back. Needing something that would add some much needed fun, I took a 45 minute detour to stop by Beacon’s ‘Witch Please’. Their selection of Heretic Parfums, which aren’t available near me, were admittedly my draw.

As I walked in, my excitement became mixed with a sense of wonder as I spoke with the owners and wandered the space. They mentioned a tarot reader was coming soon.

I had attended a community event earlier that week and although my intention was a tarot reading, I had chosen last minute not to follow through. For some reason, here at this shop, in this moment, I decided to have my first tarot reading. It’s funny, because I can do them for others but had just never had my own.

The readers’ perception and interpretation of the cards aligned well with my bigger questions and felt like solid advice. I was thankful that on a personal level, she could relate to my needs and shared what she had done when faced with similar challenges.

Although I had not initially planned to get one of the manifestation candles ‘Witch Please’s is known for, I took a moment to check them out. I smelled each, read about the various types and asked questions. Ultimately I chose ‘Hooves and Horns’, a healing focused candle.

At home, this candle became a ritual I looked forward to for weeks. In the end, I ended up placing another order of candles to be sent to me back home. I highly recommend this business. The first time I walked into this mystical, metaphysical shop, enchantingly named “Witch Please by Les Loups De La Lune”, I was totally impressed and mesmerized by every detail and let me tell you…the details were endless. As I quickly scanned my eyes across the merchandise available for purchase it was very obvious that everything from the little treasures all the way up to the show stopping pieces were displayed with so much care. I could tell every detail was thoroughly thought through and executed with perfection being key. The vibe is so uplifting and the decor is just fabulous!!! The icing on the cake for me was the customer service…well that was second to none. It’s very rare for a shop to feel so warm, open, and welcoming plus having kind, good, and genuine souls inside its doors patiently waiting to assist you making sure each and every client feels special.
