Donât buy your flowers here. I had the worst customer experience Iâve had in a long time. I went to RavenRose to support a local business and purchase flowers for a friend who is sick. The woman who worked there seemed beyond bothered and annoyed to have a customer in the shop much less someone who had a question about the bouquets. And the one bouquet that was left looked a bit old. I told the woman who worked there that the roses looked old so I wondered how long the bouquet would last, especially since I was spending a pretty penny. and she seemed annoyed. Honestly, I should have walked out but was in a rush. I got one word answers and she dashed away from the order the second she rang me up. The shop was completely empty so I know she wasnât overwhelmed with clients. No hello, no goodbye no thanks for your purchase. There are other flower shops in Beacon so next time, Iâll take my money elsewhere.
I donât know how to reply via Google review but there wasnât anything tough, unique or specific to my interaction that warranted really bad customer service. Iâm not sure why you would deem this situation or a customer coming in to by flowers as âtough.â By ending with âit could be the sales associate is unable to do or say anything rightâ it feels like youâre placing the fault on the customer. I said hello, your employee didnât. I smiled when I entered, your employee didnât. Your employee seemed bothered to have a customer in the store, unpleasant and really not helpful. I even asked a question about the moss balls to be polite and make small talk, at checkout and she seemed annoyed. I would have loved to have a bouquet made and asked about the other flowers in the fridge but didnât have the time to deal with someone so unpleasant. When the receipt came for example, your sales associate laid it on the counter and dashed to the back. I wasnât even sure if she wanted me to sign or if the receipt was my copy. Again, no thanks for your purchase, come back again, stop by anytime. It was bad service, plain and simple. And again, I was trying to support a local business in my neighborhood especially now, please donât try to push back on this customer...

Quaint little spot with all types of natural stuff: sprays, aromatherapy, fragrance oils, and more!
The first thing that attracted me in the store was of course, Milo, he was so welcoming! Staring right out the window you can't resist but to go in. Once you pet him and give him all the love you realize you've entered this cute little flower & more boutique/store.
If you're a plant lover or just want to buy some flowers for a friend or loved one this is the spot to go to. They do custom arrangements for you and you can pick what you would like from their little selection. Also, make sure to choose them for your wedding bouquets and arrangements. They take care of that too! Succulents, airplants and more are also there for you to take home. They even sell the little hanging glass bulbs for you to customize your succulent arrangements.

Read moreCourtney was so easy to work with for our wedding florals and arch design for our little wedding. From the start, she took the time to meet with us, truly listened to our vision (even when my ideas were a bit all over the place), and somehow translated it all into something more beautiful than I could have imagined.
The day of the wedding, the floral arrangements and the arch were stunning, elegant, and perfectly in tune with the setting and vibe we hoped to create. The arch was such a showstopper that it naturally became the photo backdrop for our celebration afterward, giving our guests a gorgeous space to gather and take pictures throughout the night.
I had also asked Courtney for a floral hair piece to wear, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. It was delicate, unique, and exactly what I wanted.
