We shop at the White House every time we are in town— the service has never been outstanding. However, we were just in and walked out incredibly disappointed. We purchased an abundance of Brighton Jewelry and were never helped getting the necklaces off the displays, or untangled. We were checked out by Hannah and she was the rudest employee I have encountered there.
We walked out and were in shock due to the poor customer service. We then saw them advertising outside of the store with signs saying there is a free Brighton bag with purchase. We went back in and she said they were out, and the manger was suppose to be working to take down the sign.. all you have to do is tear it down to prevent false advertising.
We then proceeded to call and ask for a manager; the employee said she was off for the whole next week. The customer service was terrible, Hannah was quite rude, they are false advertising— but the manager is suppose to be working to take the sign down is not in for the week?

Read moreVery upsetting! I have been coming to Frankenmuth for years. The first time I went to this “boutique” the younger girl was rather rude and not very helpful. This was a few years back.... now I am in town for a week, dog/house sitting so I decided to go for a run and check out the boutique one more time , thinking maybe the girl was just having a bad day. Well this time the older ladies were just as rude. I didn’t buy jewelry or their rather “old style” clothing. However I did purchase a fair amount of candles an other items. Even the ladies at the register were all rude. Had I not wanted the product I would have put them back, yes. I was out for a run and did a little shopping however my attire was still Appropriate ! These so called customer service women were judge mental and very rude. I will not being going back. Very disappointed. Ladies you need to treat all your customers with respect even if they are just browsing an or NOT buying 1000$ worth of merchandise. You were all OLD enough to know better. Read moreI was in the shop on Saturday, January 25, 2020 and saw a Brighton wallet I really liked but I left without purchasing it. I called the shop the following Monday after deciding I wanted to buy it after all. The lady who I spoke with was very polite and happy to take my order over the phone. She even offered to include the free Brighton tote bag even though my purchase was a few dollars short per the promotion. My wallet and tote were shipped free of charge that day and I received them yesterday, just two days later. I live an hour away, so having it sent to me was great.
