I have been to Seasoned a few times now for their collaborative cuisine and it is absolutely fantastic. Each time I went it was a pairing with a winery (Galway Rock and Thirsty Owl). Chef Matt and his crew manage to out do themselves everytime. The wine choices paired with the food they prepared was absolutely exquisite! My favorite dish I had was served at the most recent collaborative cuisine and it was sea scallops served in a white wine sauce with a bit of horseradish and dill. We were served two of them but I could’ve easily made it a whole meal! Seasoned is clean, professional, and all the staff are very nice and great at what they do! Aside from some confusion on the table we were to be seated at, overall the students did a great job with service. Each course was designed by one culinary student and they had the opportunity to share information about the food during the meal. Overall, each course was well thought out, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. During preparation, TVs around the venue provided a window into the kitchen as the students built each course.
