I liked the concept of a good sized 99 cent store in town and on the east side. Now that they have been here for a while I noticed their prices have gone up dramatically. $5 for a single roll of Bounty towel? Mostly stuff made in China and really nothing but the lowest quality. Everyone speaks Spanish with little command of English if any. Whatever I've purchased is inoperable after their short 7 day return policy (with receipt only for store credit ONLY no less!)
