Bloomin Onion Inc — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

Planned on purchasing souvenirs with 3 other friends on our last day in Niagara Falls, NY. While looking at the price on the bottom of a coffee cup, a cup stacked behind it fell on the shelf and broke in half. Sales associate was behind me in less than 15 seconds and demanded that I pay for the broken cup. I explained to her that I didn't do anything other than look at the cup in front of the stack. She explained that was there policy. I said, "show me the policy signage." They didn't have one.... I would of definitely paid for the broken cup, if I had dropped it on my own. But this was not the case. I persuaded my 3 other friends to put their merchandise back and be careful not to damage. I paid for the cup and we took our business elsewhere. Which ended up a blessing, because we found better pricing and better service just outside the building..... Would not recommend shopping here unless you want to walk around on egg shells. Or...

Just arrived in Jamestown NY after a visit to Niagara Falls and noticed a charge on my bank account from "Bloomin Onion", problem is I never purchased anything from there, never even took my card out. I walked through the place because our tour guide made a stop outside it for about 30 minutes break, saw the outrageous food prices and left the building. Apparently they can skim your card data just being in there. Absolute thievery in this place. DO NOT even enter the building would be my advice. Calling...

I was overcharged. Quantity on the items were incorrectly increased. I think it was done deliberately. If customer doesn’t notice it then they get away with extra cash. If customer notices it then they say human error. I had to ask and insist for the receipt after which I realised it and took the refund. Then staff was very rude and started shouting back at me. Reviews here says it all....
