Ok , the falls itself are really great to watch by day and night. Stunning waterfall. My problem is with the city . I do covid 19 hit bad , but if you want still make money of tourist you have to offer more . There was a lovely little souvenir place at the falls but closed. For that amount of tourist that one should definitely should been open . Can't get anything to eat after 8 pm ( just chinese delivery) if you compare what the Canadian site offers ( border sadly closed) Niagara falls is missing a big opportunity here.
