I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paramount, an exquisite Middle Eastern/Arabic restaurant located in the heart of Niagara Falls near Casino Fallsview, and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the inviting ambiance, warm hospitality, and the tantalizing aroma of authentic Middle Eastern spices.
The restaurant's interior is tastefully decorated, evoking an atmosphere that transports you to the enchanting world of Arabian nights. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel right at home, ensuring that every detail of my dining experience was taken care of with utmost care.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food! Paramount's menu is a treasure trove of Arabian delicacies, offering a wide range of mouthwatering options to suit all palates. Each dish is prepared with meticulous attention to detail, using fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor. There we had traditional mezze platters, featuring an array of delectable dishes that included hummus and pita, falafel wrap, shawarma wrap, tabbouleh, and fattoush. The flavors were vibrant and perfectly balanced, leaving me wanting more.
To complete my dining experience, I indulged in some sweet delights. The baklava was a symphony of layers, crispy and dripping with honey, while the knafeh boasted a perfect balance of creamy cheese and crunchy pastry, topped with a delicate orange blossom syrup.
What sets Paramount apart is not just its exceptional cuisine but also its commitment to providing an unforgettable dining experience. The attentive staff, elegant ambiance, and the pride they take in serving their guests are evident in every aspect of the restaurant.
Whether you're a local or a visitor to Niagara Falls, Paramount is an absolute gem that should not be missed. It's a haven for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic taste of Arabia, and I guarantee you won't be...

Update: it wasnot squash it was rasberry mint refeesher drink, The management is more interested in calling my experience a mix up rather than focusing on issues I have mentioned, How many paramount fine foods are there in niagra? It clearly shows how their management is focused towards providing a good customer experience.
Who charge a dollar for Garlic Sauce when you order food worth of $100 approx.
Original: We have been to Mississauga location many times always had great experience but this location was horrible in every way. We waited 20 minutes standing while there were clearly tables available right in front of us but nobody attended us,once they came to take us they gave us the table by joining 2 tables since we were 2 kids and 2 adults where as there was sofa seats with table deaigned for 4 people was available and was given to a couple. They mixed up our drinks and brought laban drink instead of squash drink we ordered , the bread they brought suppose to be fresh but it was cold and hard to break. They gave us 1 garlic sauce which my kids like so I ask them if we can get 2 more the waiter told me he will charge us $1 for each sauce there was nothing mentioned on the menu and we never had this happened any time we visited mississauga location, infact they always give us more when we ask for it. In the end it took us forever to ask someone to give us boxes for takeout and for the bill. We had to walk to the front to get b oxes by ourselves I would never recommend this place to anyone if they want to have...
Read moreWe visited Paramount for lunch on my birthday as we were staying nearby and visiting Niagara Falls. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The lamb shops were juicy, well seasoned and absolutely worth the price. The Mixed Grill Combo was also amazing! All the kebabs and meats were tender and grilled to perfection. These items were all served with decadent rice, yummy grilled onions and tomatoes, as well as hummus, garlic sauce and soft warm bread. Everything was brought out hot, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. They also brought out a divine tasting kunafeh (my absolute favourite) with a lit candle and played happy birthday over the restarant speakers. It was such a beautiful and special moment. As we were leaving, the baklawa on display looked too good to pass up. So we bought an assorted box of sweets for our walk to the falls, which were all fresh and well made.
The highlight of our visit however, was the service. Sui was our server and he was incredibly helpful with seating, taking our order, bringing out our food promptly and answering all our questions. Another employee, Emaan, was one of the most lovely customer service interactions I've ever had. She checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal, was incredibly kind and made us feel as though we were dining with family. We were also cashed out by the owner who was incredibly warm and friendly.
Overall for the portions, delicious food and excellent customer service, we will definitely be back for meals here when we come to visit Niagara next. Thank you Paramount for making my birthday...
