Arcade At The Falls — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

I cant imagine why anyone would rate this five stars. 3 at the most for me. A $10 bill to get 40 credits while most machines are 10 or 8 credits, and have a 70% of losing. Also makes you pay 2 extra bucks for the cards that would be very easy to snap in half or crumble into pieces. No staff for the arcade either. No help for anything. About 3 machines down or off. All of the claw machines have no grip on the claw so everything and anything you pick up, goes down. The greatest amount of tickets I got was 25 and can we talk about the prizes? The only good prizes were at the credit mark of 5,000-25,000. (Not actually sure the real amount.) With the smallest prize being 50 credits, which I ended up with 52 after playing like 6 games, all you will be able to buy or “win” is a small gum ball like capsule you can buy at the dollar store with tiny plastic toys or paper mustaches inside. The whole arcade was a rip-off. Do not go here and spend a lot of money. It’s not worth it if you want some big prize, because unless you somehow can make all the machines give you prizes, you’ll be sorry for wasting your time there. Neither of the card transactors were working. The manager was gracious enough to come out and transact cards for our kids to use, but there was no way to do it at the kiosk.

The biggest issue was that I can honestly say nearly half of the games were out of order! At least 1/3 of them were. It's tough to explain to 4 and 5 year old boys that the games they want to play don't work. Kind of takes the fun out of the play time.

This isn't a bad little place to entertain your kids for a bit, but they need to get their equipment up...

Such a disappointment. 3 $25 cards resulted in 4, 2-3 inch, rubbery animal figurines out of a vending machine. Half the machines you could win tickets from were out of order. The hours on the website were wrong. We waited about 25 minutes in line at the vending machine at the end of the night behind only 2 families to get our prizes, then the machine took our last 98 tickets. My kids decided it wasn't worth it to try to find someone to help us. I wish I would have spent the money buying a...
