Got a flat tire while in the area to attend the Sterling renaissance festival when my cat received a flat tire. Not at the festival, but at the campground I was staying at. I recommend you attend the festival if you haven’t gone at least once. It is a great time. Anyway, my friend drove us nearby 30 minutes so I could get parts/tools and advice about what I could do to stop the tire from leaking more. We arrived about 45 minutes before the closing time which was posted on the door as 9pm, as well as on the internet as 9pm. The lights were on, however, the door was locked and no employees were inside the building. We knocked on the door and the window for about 10 minutes and called the store twice, and no one answered. This endeavor was fruitless and a significant waste of time, energy, and gas (which is currently almost 5 dollars per gallon). Advance auto in Oswego ny is rude to there customers don't exchange parts that are defective and under warranty. Also had the receipt. Tells one person one thing and than you go to the store and get told something different. When you tell them you need the part exchanged cause there part is faulty they tell you it's not there part it's your car. Don't waste your time or your money at this store. There employees and there managers don't even know how to do there job and have to call someone else in order to do something.
