I met the most pleasant and patient salesman Michael! He gave me the best deal ever!! I got the phone internet and cable tv for the same price I was paying for just my phone service locked in for 3 whole years! On top of that I was able to pay my phones off and get a gift card for the amount I paid phones off1,533. I didn’t know how to switch my service get all the ime numbers unlock 4 phones, and helped me get a new iPad (my old was dying) worked all the figures and got it all for the same price he quoted before I got the new iPad! I met with him on Wednesday and I had to wait 24-48 hours for the payment to go through so the phones could be unlocked. I asked him if I could come back to him after but he was going on vacation because it was his anniversary. So I was leaving out of town on Monday and wished it was him helping me. So that young man came in at noon on Sunday to help me. My mom is dying from cancer and I just didn’t want to deal with someone else. You know you have to go through the whole thing with someone else. I have been exhausted and really needed help. He helped me every step of the way. He did it all from start to finish. AT&T gave me a hard time unlocking my phone. We had to call at least 8 times and he explained my situation. Needless to say 2 hours later on his vacation he got me through the entire situation. I have been going through a nightmare and this young man Michael was the kindest, most patient young man I have ever encountered! Anyone who goes to spectrum in Oswego please go see Michael and tell him you saw this! He is a rare find! I imagine his parents must be extremely proud! They raised him right! My mom and I have had two very different experiences at this location. The first time, we were looking to switch from current internet and phone provider to Spectrum. We went to talk to someone in person. The person we talked to originally was super helpful and patient, and was with us for an hour setting up appointments and explaining things. The day of our service appointment arrived, and we weren't thrilled with the person who came out to install. They weren't able to answer any of our questions, he was very abrupt and very fast, and left us feeling uneasy. So we went back out to the store just to see if we could talk to someone again. The person we got the second time spent more time complaining about contracted service people versus their own technicians, and didn't seem to know the answers to our questions or how to explain things to us clearly. Before we really felt confident that our questions had been answered, this person suddenly switched to trying to sell us mobile service. I tried to stem this by telling him no, thank you, but they kept interrupting and saying, "what, you don't like saving money?" I believe I told them six or seven times that we weren't interested, before we basically just turned around and walked out because they weren't hearing us. I came in yesterday with my grandpa and purchased the Sports package as a early Christmas present the lady that helped us was very nice and professional and freindly also the Sports package is awesome quality definitely if you're big fan of all sports like me it's definitely worth it!!!! The Reasoning For me Changing My Fives to one 1 star is because I couldn't rate 0 stars is when me and Grandpa went today was had one of the most Horrible experiences ever we first walked in the door at 3:00pm we sign sat in a chair for an hour a family skip the line walk in right after we did and got served way before us even know we signed and then we we finally got served after waiting 1 hour the lady said told you could go to the cierco office or call or something if you don't want to wait that long why would we go alway to Cierco NY if we Live in Scriba right outside the city oswego and alots easier to Drive to oswego this places definitely needs to get more staff and service should be alot more quicker and better instead of 1 hour waiting time that is just...
