While I love stopping here to find great deals on a variety of products, one cashier in particular is rather disagreeable. Heather is always nagging about the Ollie's Army Rewards Program, not leaving it along after a simple 'no' from the customer- my family and friends have also experienced this. I eventually just signed up for the rewards program to avoid the pestering every time I check out.
Additionally, I've witnessed Heather give unreasonable attitude on multiple occasions. One time, a customer behind me was asking where to find a certain item, and she answered rather harshly for a simple question. Just recently, she was working the cash register when one of my items was a bit on the side of the counter, and wasn't rung up. I had already paid, so I brought it to her attention and she seemed irritated she forgot to scan an item already on the counter, asking if there was anything else in a snooty way. She didn't give the 10% off discount I'd used this trip from my Ollie's Army Loyalty Card, despite forgetting to scan an item on the counter already. Haven't had any issues with any...

I dislike that the cashiers aggressively hound you to use the Ollie's shopper's card. If you don't want it, or don't wish to use it, they begin to pressure you. When that doesnt work, they become confrontational. It's such a odd experience, and one we've encountered multiple times with different cashiers, I assume it's a management directive. All of the blankets were marked the same, and you could tell the tickets had not been tampered with. They called a manager who told me they would not honor the ticket price, and I sadly put them back.
