Do not go to The Vault!
The very old man was very nice very friendly and kind. He helped offload items from my vehicle and was very accommodating.
I told him I wanted to go coin by coin and get prices per coin from him and verify online their retail prices. No problem he said and we did that, however he went very fast and began talking me in circles. This continued as we began racing through coins, he had a customer come in which put me on hold which got us a little lost with keeping track of prices for which coins.
I accepted an agreed amount price but was confused and unsure so he assured me I could always return for a refund.
I got home and went through the remaining coins with my boyfriend and realized I got completely scammed.
I’m a young women, I’m 4’11” 90 lbs. he completely took advantage of me.
I realized that he moved fast and talked fast because I had some really good coins that he wanted and what he did was confused me with identical coins I had there but different errors or mint marks type semantics.
So I called two hours later and requested a refund he said sure.
When I arrived he had removed several of the uncirculated coins from there wrappers, threw the wrappers away that had the information and he cleaned them and had them for show on top of his case with someone looking at them.
He rudely passed me the coins as that customer left and then gave me back 80% of the coins and said sorry have a good day and as I was walking I was looking thru and realized he didn’t give me everything back.
I returned and he had several of my coins on his desk next to his computer.
Again he apologize with disdain
I get home and realize he opened some very valuable coins one for example is 1947 dime, it came from Littleton coin co was in a plastic square type wrap and had all its information including, uncirculated, what mint what year etc. well this man open it which takes away its uncirculated value potentially takes away its ability to get graded at mint condition.
He did this to 5 different coin.
He did this to other coins and I’m just shocked that he treated me this way.
Do not go there he is a con man plays using his old age, kind words and actions but really a wolf...

I am a semi new coin collector and Dennis is really helping me to learn and save money while building my collection. He buys coins, jewelry and other precious metals for spot on current price.
