Place has went downhill! Upon coming in the new younger staff completely disregards you to sit on their phone. They looked young and new as if they take advantage of the manager not being in. I tried to walk up yesterday and two young ladies sat on their phone having a conversation showing each other things back and forth. The one girl with glasses was on a call on speaker talking loud and obnoxious while working they were so distracted they didn't even see me come up to the stand and wait. Upon walking pass again I took a video because inside I was upset . Just so I could make this post and take down my previous post with 5 stars! I ended up going to the other stand for help near Victoria secret and the new manager had no idea what she was doing and kept asking the workers under her how to do something. I kept having to ask "are you the manager?" just for reassurance because she didn't have a clue what she was doing . I ended up leaving with nothing when I always shop here. I asked where Sierra was because she was always so friendly but she's no longer there. I can't say I will be coming back!

I spent $400 there last night got a bunch of hearings some hearing backs and did two sets of piercings had to bring back the backs today because the gold came out of the rubber earring back it was their last one the lady at the counter although I didn't have the receipt I purchased from banter all the time and I know they can just look up my purchase because I use my banter card on top of that the lady gave me an attitude and kept saying she needed the receipt I'm like man I don't have it I just bought them yesterday I used my card can you just look it up I can't do it without a receipt she said continuing to give me an attitude so I walked down to the main one by the elevators the lady called the other branch to try to prevent me from getting service but the kind girl at the larger banter by the elevators I explained to her the situation she said oh don't worry about it I can look it up the lady was very rude and unprofessional needless to say I spend another $300 today with the kinder woman at the counter the lady at the smaller shop was totally unprofessional and very rude I'll never go back to...

Super upset ! I went and got my ears pierced on Sunday the earring fell out Monday and my piercing closed. I tried to call yesterday no one picked up so I went in store today and explained my situation that I came in on Sunday got my piercing done and it fell out and the hole closed the lady told me I had to wait two weeks to get it redone (which I am completely fine with) and that I would have to pay for the earring again because my earring wasn’t under warranty which I would totally understand if it was longer than a day but it wasn’t ! I also bought three other pairs of earrings and a chain so the fact that I now have to spend even more money to get something redone is kind of frustrating.

UPDATE: I believe her name is Shaunessy, she is super friendly and nice and apologized, redid my ear, and gave me more aftercare instructions. Her and the manager...
