This store has some really good clothes at cheaper prices. my son wears a 6xl this is the best place to buy big n tall. And I love the sneakers they sell. You can find some really cool things on the right day. Inventory changes so it's not always the same things every trip. The line at the end can be long. But with a lil patience it's worth it . I only had 1 issue in this store so far , a item was priced very incorrectly a pack of razors cost $104.00 when I caught this on my receipt I was not very happy. And it took 4 days to get my money returned to my account. So you need to watch the tags as they ring up . Make sure if you have alot of items u don't get scammed and something gets over looked. Check your receipt after your visit to this store just to be sure. I like the security they added in the beginning of the store it makes u feel a lil comfortable knowing everyone is greeted with the same smile. And introduction. Great selection of goods at good prices, but the employees could be better. Maybe it is caused by the poorly-performing Syracuse schools? Like in TJ Maxx; you pick out your choices, but there is no way to pay for it. We can't just walk out with our goods until we pay for them, but waiting to pay can take a long time. On my most recent trip, a woman with a half-filled cart walked out, and left the cart waiting in line. Too frustrating, it took 10+ minutes for the line to move. Customers who didn't seem to understand the "swipe machines" at the registers, or their cards were declined; anyway, the wait was ridiculous. What a pleasure it was to visit your store as I am from Long Island. The gentleman near the front of the store named Samuel is such a pleasure as he greeted me upon entering. I could hear him speaking in different languages to customers beyond me and found that amazing and welcoming. I must admit that the way the store is set up to get in is very confusing. I love the all the name brands you carry and the prices are amazing. I will say as I was leaving I heard a customer getting very nasty to an employee as they were complaining about how confusing it is to get in and out of the store.
