Sake Japan Hibachi & Ramen — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

First off I love everyone until they give me a reason not to and I am not racist but I am very blunt; I ordered my food before the two white kids who walked up behind me did. I was there 8 min before they came up. I ordered stir fried rice with shrimp: the shrimp were tiny, the cabbage was brown, and the rice was not fresh at all. The taste was very bland and plain, I had to add soy sauce just to eat the food. This wasn’t even worth the $10 spent. It should be $5.95 because this is not it. Long story short the young lady who ordered 8 minutes after me ordered chicken me being a cook know that shrimp take up to 15 minutes to cook and chicken takes a little longer (I said up to 15 minutes and I stood there for 8 minutes before she came my food was more than half way done) about 5 minutes later I heard the cashier call a number so I went up and asked if it was mine and was told no. I was a little upset because I’m a peaceful kind loving deep dark skinned woman and everytime I leave my house I regret it because so many people try to make me feel less than through stereotypes or fear of the unknown. If you go at a busy time, it can be confusing as to which order is yours, as they just put the orders on top of the counter and shout out what it is, and I couldn't hear what he was saying. Mall food court. This is a really unfortunate ramen stop. Broth had no flavor, the "ramen" was literally spaghetti, and the egg was previously hard boiled then frozen (served cold). The pork in the ramen was ok at best. Fried dumplings were passable, not super flavorful but edible. The strawberry fruit tea was average. 1.5/5 overall at most.
