Bought 3 bottles of lechee soda. Wasnt offered a bag. Paid i requested a bag they wanted to charge 50 cents. I told them i wasn't offered a bag. Why should i swipe my card again for 50 cents? I'll meet you halfway and pay 25 cents if you need it. But they refused. While this is a small detail, the lack of attention is what annoys me, how do expect someone with barehands to.walk.around the mall with their hands full holding 3 bottles. Is common sense. And as a courtesy, since you didn't offer the customer a bag, you should just give it to them.

My best friend and I love to go to this amazing store and every time I go there I am always satisfied!! :) They have awesome anime posters and little souvenirs, food and candy, and hello kitty everything including things like face masks and stickers!! In fact, one time I went to Innogoods and there was a super nice lady working there who was the most friendly person I had ever met and she made my experience amazing!! I hope she sees this because she and everyone else should know that she is amazing and she makes this shop even better than I thought it could get when I saw her...

Amazing store!!!! Lots of collectors items and an amazing staff- super helpful and kind :) I have gotten some of my favorite ball jointed dolls here for the same price you would find them for online (sometimes a little bit cheaper honestly) and when a doll I had bought came broken, they replaced it with no extra charge! Also chiikawa items appear in there from time to time so I’m always on the lookout...
