It was a horrible experience, this caucasian lady I believe she is the manager she was wearing different clothes than the other staff. She was very rude, I come into the store with my friend I stand there at the desk for her to come and attend me because I needed help with my charm bracelet since it was broken. The other employee was attending these two other women. So this lady I think is the manager decides to ignore us, I said excuse me and she did not want to look at us and totally avoided us, then the other staff that was helping the women went to go get some rings for them. Remind you I was waiting patiently for someone to come and help me and then this manager goes to these women and asks them if the need help, Iâm standing here for the past 15 minutes and she could not come to us. These women were already being helped so I donât understand why she couldn't attend us. It was very disgusting the way she acted toward us, I donât know if itâs because we were Hispanic but nobody should ever be treated like that. I was so furious and it felt horrible, if you canât work with all the races then donât work in a store, if you donât know how to interact with people of many races you shouldnt be working. I will not be coming back I donât want to be felt as someone not worthy and I donât want to be disrespected.    Read moreI purchased a bracelet @ Pandora for my mom AS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT. She went to Pandora store located @ Westchester Mall White Plains, New York⌠My mom purchased 2 additional charms, upon putting Shine clips on the Shine bracelet she noticed that the color of gold did not match. She called the store and explained she was told that the color should match, to stop by the store with the bracelet and it would be replaced. However the store manger told my mother the color of gold "did not" need to match, and "refuse to replace the bracelet" although there was a clear color difference, the bracelet was not even 30 days from purchase date & not worn. She refused to help my mother. and told her she had a year warranty to rely on instead.
I spent just about $600 in total in this Pandora store. The very idea that a store manger refuse to assist my mother, and provided such poor customer service, leaves a lot to be desired. Had to call customer service, Extremely frustrated IS PUTTING IT MILDLY. Never going to this Pandora...

First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said âsomeone else will help youâ. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me âwhich one are you going to buy?â but with such an attitude.
