Placed an online pick up order for the graduation charms here for a coworker. Was a little annoyed by the fact that it took more than twos day for me to receive an email confirmation saying it was ready for pick up; the website had stated it was in stock and would be ready 6-8hrs, I placed the order early in the morning too. I did call to inquire about it but the several times I called throughout the day no one picked up and you couldn’t even leave a voicemail as it was full.
Fast forward to the next day after receiving the confirmation email(email came around 5-6pm; couldn’t go then because of work, transportation & time unfortunately). You have to wait in line due to a certain amount of people they are allowed to have at one time inside due to covid guidelines, which I have absolute no problem with. My huge annoyance was that I still had to wait in line for 40minutes(or a little more) even though I was only there for pickup. My other coworker was originally going to pick it up on her lunch break earlier but because of the wait she was unable to as she had to leave before she was late to punch back into work. She also mentioned the lady there in front was quite rude to her when she asked about the wait time for someone who is only there for pick up. I’m wondering why they don’t have a separate line for pick up orders. When i was there that same day a few hrs later after my coworker, like I mentioned waited for 40 minutes or more and when it was finally my turn I only took five minutes in there and that’s it(they verified if it was me and the correct order). Find it pointless to order something online now for in store pickup if I still have to wait around that long when it should only take me a few minutes. Like I said they would really have some sort of line for those who are...
Read moreI went to the cross county location on 2/13/25 and felt very offended and discriminated against. 1st I walk in the store and was not greeted at all, it was very crowded ( day before Valentine’s Day ). I assumed due to the traffic they had something implemented to ensure everyone was attended to in order… I was wrong. I watched as Emma ( the store lead) went up to several people before me but never came to me. I let it go thinking eventually she will get to me. A white or hispanic woman in a nurse outfit walked in and was immediately greeted and her name was taken to be put in the “waiting room”. Once that happen I approached her and asked why had I not been approached after waiting about 15-20 mins. She did not apologize or anything and said “what’s your name?” I provided her my name and asked if I would have to wait now after a bunch of people that were after me and she said “ I have to check the cameras to see if you were waiting” implying I was lying. I was APPALLED ! None the less I said you can do that. She came up to me about 10-15 mins later and said I’m still waiting to check the cameras, still implying I was not telling the truth. After what felt like forever she came up to me and said “ I moved your name up after checking the footage” STILL no apology. I was behind a young man so I knew the order but was not attended to until 3 people went after him so I knew she did not correctly place me on the list. The 2 stars are only for Honor the sales associate that helped me after. She was very pleasant, patient, and super helpful. The lead however made my experience so unpleasant that I don’t plan on ever going back. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Pandora and to be treated like that was...
Read moreThe manager of this store is disgusting! I have never dealt with so much unpreparedness and unhappy service because was working.he looks angry when attending female customers! He thinks he's more than the customers who pay his salary, he thinks we're doing him a favor by buying from the store! He was extremely aggressive when I asked for help because I was waiting 13 minutes and there was only one employee to help, I was very polite! he is sarcastic, speaks loudly with an unprofessional and elegant attitude for someone who works with people, in addition to his authoritarian manner. . ! He refused to sell two rings I wanted, yes Pandora you have a manager who doesn't want to sell!!! I asked the price separately, there was no price on the pieces and he didn't want to show me, he didn't want to give me his name so I could make a complaint and in the end he called the security guard to remove me from the store because I retorted and questioned the way he he was treating me , and I called him an unhappy employee! I read the comments below and this isn't the first person to complain about this guy and the security guard also said that the police came to the store because of him! Why does Pandora insist on having a terrible employee as part of the team? There are thousands of qualified people ready to be managers! This employee with this attitude destroys the brand's reputation! I will probably return accompanied by a police officer or a man because he only disrespects women, never men! I don't recommend it at all! If you can, go to the Westchester mall there, the service is infinitely better, and if you go to that store, take your husband/boyfriend/friend and he will treat you with...
