Burger King — Restaurant in Clarksville

Staff at this location is great, so this review is about Burger King in the broader sense.

I love cheeseburgers. It's one of my comfort foods and a guilty pleasure. I enjoy cheeseburgers so much, I don't even mind paying extra for you to add some cheese. Fortunately, most places have the cheese built in to the price of the burger and I don't even have to worry about it. My cheeseburger loving self living the life.

Until Burger King steps in. Nothing upsets me more than getting a Cheese-less burger. So when I forget to order cheese on my burger, because I expect your landmark burger to COME WITH cheese, or when an employee forgets to add it because they don't get paid to care, it ABSOLUTELY RUINS MY MEAL.

ALL BECAUSE YOU WANT TO UPCHARGE FOR CHEESE THROUGH SOME CONVOLUTED SCHEME AT THE EXPENSE OF POSSIBLY RUINING SOMEONES MEAL.

I feel like I eat burger-king once every five years because EVERY TIME I forget to order cheese, and the ONE TIME they've asked if I wanted to ADD CHEESE, they forgot to add it to the burger. (Or just grabbed a ready whopper off the slider)

So I'm out $10 for a terrible meal. Lesson learned until 5 years from now when I forget and Burger King is SOMEHOW still in business.

Dirtiest BK I've ever been in. Need major cleaning of the dining room. Lunch time counter staff not operating efficiently. Staff Didn't seem organized. Not on point. Several customers Had to wait a while for their food, including me. Hurried up, ate and got out. Although lost my appetite seeing everything, the Food was just edible. No appeal. Trash cans, condiment area & drink station were all nasty. Even with coupons I won't be back to this location.

Update: whopper meat patty was soggy and unappealing, I couldn’t eat it all, dining room and some food areas in kitchen were grimy, went for weekday lunch and staff was courteous, I commend the middle aged female staffer tiding up the dining room, long wait for food Preparation. Self service Soda machine could be much cleaner. not satisfied with quality of food. Not satisfied with grimy dining room. Just wiping surfaces with disinfectant does not completely clean the...

I went to another burger king not too long ago and someone suggested an impossible sausage patty on a potato bun so that I could have a vegan breakfast, since the bread on the croissant isn't vegan. I have been to a about five different Burger Kings and they have always been able to exchange the croissant for a potato bun no problem. I went to this one and they got rude with me saying they couldn't do that even though I had been there to that location before and they had done it for me. And the girl went as far as to say that her manager told her she couldn't do it even though when we ask for the manager she said that he wasn't there. I went to the next closest Burger King right after this and they said "of course we can do that for you." Update: biggest thing on the menu: impossible whopper.
