I've had two bad experiences there. The first bad experience I had purchased a pre-roll and he accidentally handed me an empty tube. I immediately called and explained that he had handed me an empty tube by accident and he did not believe me. I calmly explained that I spend a lot of money there and that's not something I would lie about but it made no difference. It wasn't until weeks later when I had stopped by there he mentioned that his girlfriend told him to make it right so he gave me what I paid for but only after calling me a liar. Then I recently started purchasing mushroom supplements and I let them know some of the things were mislabeled, not to mention once they saw I was purchasing those supplements weekly the price is magically went up. Then I paid $30 for a jar of cordyceps powderand there were two problems. One is that I expected it to be cordyceps extract with no myciliated brown rice, it was not only myciliated brown rice with nothing on the label to let me know that, but there wasn't even cordyceps in it at all. The smell of cordyceps is unmistakable. It doesn't matter whether it's extract or pulverized myciliated brown rice, it has a very distinct sweet smell that is unmistakable. So I have no idea what I even purchased. I let them know about the confusion, then I woke up to several text messages from the guy telling me to never come back to his store again and he called me a loser. If you guys are okay with absolutely no quality control and you want to trust these two hippie looking people that look like they never bathe, then by all means shop there. The worst part is, just within a couple weeks I spent upwards of $300. Whenever I give them my business I spend a lot of money. They could have just gave me what I wanted and tried to make it right and I would have been happy to continue spending money there. Instead, they treated me like garbage. There's a reason they say the customer is always right. You don't handle the situation the way they do because you lose customers and get bad reviews. But if you're okay with giving your business to people like that, people who do not appreciate their customers whatsoever, then by all means, shop where you will not be treated with respect or...
