It's okay. Nice quality products, buy very limited in styles and very expensive. They didn't even have any women's boots that weren't cowboy boots. So that was disappointing. And then they were limited in sizes. Would have bought a different pair of work boots we were interested in but they didn't have our size we needed and they won't order them for you. This business would be much better if they could at least check to see if they could order in your size. Also 3 stars because they have clean bathrooms on site, so that's a plus. Today I stoped for another pair of boots, this is usually my go to for boots. All I wear is boots, I fact I have a hard time taking a person selling boots serious if they need a shower and are wearing tennis shoes with a Nintendo shirt on. What happened to the people that dressed the part? Is that a thing of the past? I just want good service from someone with experience and good hygiene. I’m going to give them another shot. After buying boots in the wrong size (too big) I came back into the store and was instantly greeted by a very personable woman. She had the knowledge and took the time to explain the proper fit and feel and sized me the perfect pair. They exchanged the pair I bought prior because I had only worn them around the house and had no imperfections on them. She even gave me insole "spacer" in case the new size breaks in a touch loose. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them. I will do business...
