Haven't bought from them in years and one of the Rings I bought my wife lost all the diamonds in it kept up with a service plan took it in there November 23rd 2021 was supposed to be back December 24th 2021 and didn't get it till January 23rd 2022 when I got it one of the diamonds was loose and not connected had to be sent back out and was supposed to be back January 28th 2022 and as of now it be in January 31st 2022 it is still not in they are always wanting to hurry up and get off the phone they do not want to take any responsibility they basically told me just to wait and get over it essentially I contacted customer service before I got it back the first time because they wouldn't answer the phone because they said it would be in and they actually closed the store for the day I couldn't even talk to customer service I had to do it in text and essentially all they said is I understand and they're not going to try to even look for my ring or get it shipped anywhere else where I...

I've spent a ton of money at this store because Chris Clark was awesome he was always there 24/7 and he made me feel like family. He always knew his stuff and did everything possible to make sure I was happy!!!! I went to Kay's today to find out that Chris was not there, he was let go. I absolutely will never understand why, other than Kay's Jewelers is an awful company!!! As long as Chris is gone I will never spend another dime in a Kay's store!!!! This company is terrible to their employees!! They work them like slaves, they use them, the abuse them, and then they let them go without just cause!!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! My wedding set has been in for repair every 3-6 months since November 2019. Over half of my diamonds have fallen out and had to be replaced. My main diamond fell out and lost. I was devastated. They have “redone” the head 3 different times. It looks worse every time. They replaced my wrap not even 6 months ago and a diamond already fell out. Got my ring back 1 week ago after they had it for a month. I was told it looked “AMAZING.” Solder is uneven Head is still crooked Rhodium burnt off from excessive heat during stone setting. -Scratch marks on repair sites No rhodium on repair sites.
