I have been a customer for 20-30 yrs. I have the original Hatworld discount card. I have been told now I don't get my discount if I order a hat online. That's BS! Over the years I haven't spent hundreds on hats, I've spent thousands! I'm told Fanatics took control of Lids website. Well F Fanatics! They will not get a penny of my money. Lids, your loyalty to longtime customers like myself is heartwarming to say the least. Other places sell hats besides Lids. And that's where me and my money are going...

Not a bad store, limited selection... but decent. Good prices on most of their hats. Customer service here wasnt very good...never greeted as both employees were playing on their phones half the time...I still love LIDS though. I dont like that Fanatics joined them though, I'll still shop here when Im in town. (FANATICS HAS SCREWED UP MY DISCOUNT HERE) I've been a customer here for over 10 years, and now they act funny when it comes to...
