Kirkland's Home — Local services in Clarksville

I had the best customer service I have ever had in any retail establishment ever today. I will forever be a Kirkland's customer because of the service today. Jeff at the Clarksville, location working on May 10th at 2pm went above and beyond! I was looking for a specific item. When they didn't have what I was looking for on the floor he grabbed a device and showed me what they had in back. He not only helped with selections but worked with me while sitting on the floor accommodating my very, over tired soon to be two year old. Already surprised by Jeff's helpfulness and patience he proceeded to be a blessing by providing a balloon for my little guy as we were making final selections. We ended our trip with Mr. Jeff loading my items in my car. This exhausted, worn out Mama was just about to have a meltdown myself after doing everything I could to keep a toddler behaving. We almost left the store empty handed. As hard as today has been, I will never forget my shopping experience today at the Clarksville, TN Kirkland's. Thank you so much for showing kindness Mr. Jeff. I'm sure if you've been to Kirkland's before, you know what to expect inside. The women working there greeted us and offered their help. But we didn't even know what we were looking for since it was a Christmas gift for someone who has everything... basically. We grabbed the first item and got excited about how great and unique it was...until we walked a few feet ahead and found another item that was almost perfect. We put down the first item, and picked up the new one. As we headed to the other side of the store (bad idea) we found a third item that was going to push the one in our hands out. We voted on it, and the third item won the battle. However, you guessed it, the fourth item won the war. This place is amazing. Super clean, everything had its place. Not a cluttered mess like similar stores to Kirkland's. Environment was peaceful and relaxing. I can't wait to go back. This time I'll be buying...

I must admit I truly love Kirklands.Our Kirklands Clarksville store is super clean,organized and customer service is always great in my opinion but,my issue is the cost of their accent chairs.I purchased this beautiful navy chair that started bursting at the seam and a price of about $450 and having it a little over a month I just believe for the price it should have held up a little longer.I think their accent chairs are a bit over priced.The store over all love it!I just plan to steer clear of those lovely but cheaply made...
