I went to this location and purchased $120 worth of gift cards. I have reloaded a $25 gift card several times including this time because I feed homeless people in my travels and that’s what I’ve used 4 so this time I decided to purchase some things for myself to try for my dinner takeout I wanted to try most of the sauces so I had to pay extra for those and then I wanted to try a variety, mushrooms, coleslaw, the macaroni and cheese the dessert option The chicken waffles, the chicken order with fries well it came to a little bit short of $50. Unfortunately I carried it 2.5 miles away and when I get home the food was subpar none of the sauces I paid for were included. The macaroni and cheese was box made tasted like it. The coleslaw was packed with the hot food so that wasn’t any good. The mushrooms were so greasy that the paper and the box was grease so were the fries, and so was the chicken the pickles don’t even go there because they don’t taste anything like what you used to have in the south at all and they grease out too. This has been going on since 3 February at 6:34 PM. It was to go order registered to, and it was taken by Christian , well unfortunately when I called when I got home immediately, I opened up the packages subpar food. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Selena and she was very Professional &apologeticand said I was not the only customer that called complaining about her food order and she would like to refund the order and I said well I’m not asking for the whole order to be refunded but to be honest with you I really don’t want to eat it and I don’t consume that much grease with anything I eat and need to return it. She said I could discard it to bring in my receipt. Well, I did the following day and I met a manager. She was a woman she would not introduce her name, but she’s quite a large, tall woman and she said she was too busy to discuss it with me. I would have to come back on Wednesday and discuss it with her which I scheduled with her but guess what I came in on Wednesday and it was her day off normally so then I spoke to James James was supposed to be an assistant manager and he was supposed to contacted her on the phone and scheduled me for Friday at 1:45 in the afternoon so I called at 1 o’clock on Friday afternoon to make sure that this could be resolved and she knew nothing about. It was quite abrupt and hung up the phone so I made sure that I went into the establishment and I left my phone number with that individual by the name of Devon and he’s a young man and has a real sharp tone and he’s very disrespectful to women especially a senior and have the nerve to tell me that he’s giving me service. Asked :Why would I want to request district managers, phone number to resolve the issue and I explain to them after talking to 1mang & or 3 asst.managers and evidently it can’t be resolved. I would like to please have the DM contact me or please give me the contact information for the district manager please have him contact me and I left my information again for the fourth time, then a week later, I went to the drive-through and I gave them a prayer card that was reflecting to Psalms, 118 : 8 (THEWORD JC) @drive-through, and I believe her name was Jessica to give to him with my information and contact information on it and today is 17 March 24 and do you know that that whoever the DMS has never once(1) reached out to contact me in regards to this no one has so as far as I’m concerned, it’s a very unprofessional business and no I will not go away so that he can call me the district manager or she I do know the last time I went to there and left that prayer card that when I called and spoke to a gentleman that his wife works there. Also he went in there and he came back out and got on the phone with me and said yes, I see your card on the desk. On Sept. 30, 2023 at Wilma Rudolph location in Clarksville, TN I picked up my order before heading to work(1hr away). I do not live close, but close enough. My food and customer service is normally on point! Great, fun, hard working people serving with a smile.
Not the case on yesterday. No smiles. No thank you. 2 different people on headsets(this is normal in fast food service) without proper communication. No proper explanation of new menu items and/or something never ordered before.
My dessert jar was not full as it usually is. A little over a 1/3 of the jar was just whip! I asked for no sauce on buffalo mac bowl and after lady not understanding why I didn't want it, I say she could put sauce on side. Lady then said or you could order the other bowl or something different. What !??? Needless to say sauce was on the food and the tender pieces were extra salty on top of that! Can't eat that. Waffle was warm at best. No extra anything as requested.
Second lady tried to keep upsaling me and add more items! Both acted as if they could not hear or understand me.
I speak prefect English and I do not talk loud naturally. When I spoke up, then they acted as if I was yelling, headset still on so I can hear you.
I don't spend pennies here! Normally I order for 4, with an extra lemonade and dessert jar. Last night I only ordered for 2 and it was a disaster...confused?? Even the one time family was in town, we on courtesy made 2 drive thru trips and 1 trip inside. That lady said you could have ordered all at once, I said "no I don't wanna hold up the line for others and you guys are super busy, more than normal". She said, I see you alot and you a good customer. We both had a great day!
We all have off days, but no excuse for not knowing the menu and not providing the service You signed up to give when applying for the job. Very disappointed, these the type of things that will make you lose business. I asked for lemonade and after upsaling me...I need to see lemonade not ice, half a cup of ice is more than enough to cool a drink, not necessarily to give a whole cup!
** Side note in case you go: dessert jars sale out quickly. The pecan and pumpkin jars are 2- 2 separate jars, not one in the same as I was told. Will not do normally do corrections at window, you must go inside, which defends the purpose of not wanting to go in at all.
Gonna take some time off from here, maybe be back end of next month. Hoping things go back to being 5 or even a solid 4...

So I waited with my hand out with my change she came to give the change and I had expressed that I had the quarter so I would like the dollar back she acted like it was a Mind Blowing experience, she again closed the window and I could hear her Asking somebody what to do SMH . Fast forward gave wrong change but I was over it I Drove home . When I got there we opened the bag I had ordered the club chicken sandwich the one I asked about cheese types looked at sandwich and found a piece of cheese not full slice but wait added bonus the wax paper was on my sandwich and a little cheese attached . I was hot Im sick Veteran don't eat out much and to have this happen but it gets better . My wife and special needs Daughter ordered Mac and cheese bowls They started to eat the food and said it tasted funny like sour milk This was last straw our whole meal ruined I called complained they offered to redo remake sandwich well Im never eating that food. Again so we drove back went inside asked for money back the Gentlemen offered to give back for sandwich only well at this point two trips there spoiled meal we wanted full refund which they did reluctantly but Never addressed the food especially serving me wax paper I could have choked on ! They could have been in big trouble had I not looked at the sandwich, but I find it curiously strange that I asked about the cheese and they left wax paper there coincidence MAYBE !!
