Guessing yesterday was grand opening, as there was no information about it on Google. I'd like to say it was good, but I would be lying. My wife was kind enough to bring me this food, because it looked really good. I got the pepperoni calzone and she got the barbecue chicken pizza both with a side and a drink. The calzone must have been cooked hours, maybe even days ago. The freshness just was not there. The pepperoni was very scarce. There was some ricotta in it, but most of it was just bread. No sauce was on it and none was provided for dipping. Thought calzones have mozzarella in them too?? None was on it. Just few pepperoni, ricotta and much bread. The side I got was garlic knot, that's not a typo only one knot! They probably figured I had enough bread with this calzone! So I tried her bbq chicken pizza. Think it was probably sitting in the window for at least the entire day, maybe even a couple days. Bread was very stale, toppings were good, but not plentiful again! Her side was pasta salad, which was ok at best. Hopefully they can get it right. Prices were reasonable, if food was acceptable...

I would have said something about it except the waitperson either hates her job or was having a bad day. She was irritated we asked for straws, so I didn't bother her with the soda issue because sometimes you can just tell it won't matter. This was in a food court so the ambiance was exactly what one would expect. It wasn't particularly busy, so my only caution to others is if it is busy, try a different food option. This was our first time trying Pierre's and despite the pizza being delicious, I think I'll stick with the cheese steaks...
Read moreI was in the mall the other day with 3 kids ages 8 to 12. They were getting hungry bc it was after lunch time but too close to dinner to eat something big. We all agreed pizza would be the way to go. It's quick and cheap, right? I ordered 4 slices and 4 drinks. Guess how much. Guess how much for average mall pizza, not even big slices. $39!!! I'm so mad at myself for not sending it back. My fault. I must've been in shock. Almost $40!! You would think David Portnoy himself was just there and rated it a 9 with that price. I rated it a "meh". $40....
