Auto Spa Car Wash — Local services in Cleveland

A week ago I bought the $14 carwash in the automatic section and once I was pulling in it told me to stop about halfway in the bay and the whole wash just stopped like it canceled, I tried to call the place but they never amswered, I went again today and payed the $14 carwash again but this time it did not put soap or nothing on it, it was just water and spotfree rinse, it supposedly went thru the whole proceed but the whole time it was just sparing water and really soft not even with pressure, I've been trying to call them and they still don't answer me. If y'all are really trying to take care of your customers please tell me how we can get...

Used car wash for the first time yesterday ripped paint off side of my car. Pressure was so high it sounded like it was going to bust my windows out. I have been calling since first thing this morning. Left voicemails and no response so far. Can the owners please contact me as I was told by Jose at the spa. You would call me and do the right things. He had me drive back 2 different times o er a hr drive for me. Just to look at the car to tell me they will contact me and make things right because of the angel the paint started peeling clearly the angel the jets are set at. I use this car wash all the time and it's actually my favorite usually. I don't know if the bugs were worse on my work vehicle this time and maybe that's why it didn't all come off like usual but attached is a picture. Also the purple soap was still on my vehicle in some spots so I had to wipe it off. Overall it has really good pressure and usually does really good with my vehicles. I'll definitely come back. I just hope it does better next time. I got the $16 wash which was the ultimate and the most expensive one the offered. There was even a guy to scrub the front of your vehicle before you enter...
