Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Cleveland

While passing though to go see the Christmas Ranch I stopped to get dinner with my family. I ordered a number 8 (3 piece white) and a number 10 (7 tender combo) and it wasn’t until I reached the ranch about 30 minutes later and I had a chance to look at my food did I notice I was given a number 7 and number 8 so I just decided to go back by on my way back home and get it redone seeing as I don’t eat bone chicken the first employee I had interaction with was amazing. He immediately took back the wrong food and started making my correct order when he informed the manager (who was the main Packer and had a headset on to also hear orders) the manager came to me and told me I made a mistake while ordering and that I ordered the wrong thing and he heard me order it not long ago and told the employee he needed me needed to charge me for the extra five dollars. I told him I had my receipt in the car and I was more than willing to go get it to show him. I did order the seven tenders. I did order the correct thing I was just given the wrong thing he proceeded to try to tell me what I ordered and tell me what my price difference would be and I told him to ring it up so I could see what the price was for what I ordered and what he thought I ordered. I personally have worked in fast food enough to understand the customer isn’t always right and mistakes happen while ordering but I also understand there’s no need to argue with a customer when they’re telling you what they ordered and what they got is not the same especially one who’s coming in with no attitude or...

Never try to apply or eat I applied for Hartz they don’t teach you anything or let you do things besides just learning the menu I saw everything and most of the time when they touch some nasty skin around their body (if you know what I mean) they don’t even clean their hands matter of facts they just go ahead and touch the food or even go to the restroom they don’t even clean their hands. For the food after 2 weeks not getting hired my sister and I went to go eat Hartz when we got there it was the worse I wished I never wasted my money 💵 $48 from the disgusting place the tenders were super raw like they don’t even know how to cook and really slimy the wings they were burn like they don’t even know how to cook even Pizza Hut or little Caesars makes it better matter of fact I prefer wings stop if it’s necessary so instead of eating we only ate the smashed potatoes after a month my family and I went to eat Hartz and this time the total was $137 so we were excited to go eat but when we check the food the fish wasn’t good there was still raw spots the wings were worse it was more burn than last time the smash potatoes end up having red spots or random food was places and there was a piece of hair everything was basically horrible and again I didn’t ate anything besides a roll even I have a desease and I prefer not eating the things I can’t eat than eating the disgusting food hope the restaurant gets shut...

My kids and I have frequently eaten at this location. It always seems clean and the food was fresh and really good. The last time I went with my 2yr old daughter, though, was not the same. We will not be going back to this location again. After finishing out first plate of food I went up to the counter to obtain a second plate for dessert for my daughter. The worker handed me a plate with chicken batter on her hands and she wasn't wearing any gloves. After that I turn to the buffet and there is a roach on it! I informed the manager and he took it away with a paper towel, and took only the coleslaw back. That was it. No cleaning or removing of the food.
