Apts are not the problem I live in a Senior Building in Chicago Il. The staff has been better now that they are fully staffed. However, the first lease they kept me waiting for 4 months, the second was better and now I have given my certification papers In March still no lease. And my new lease should be June 1st. The holdup seems to be at your corporate office. Can you help me? Until last week I was a Real estate Broker and in 37 years have never ignored people like this. A credit and background takes all of an hour and the rest I feel is fluff. Your person at Corporate does not seem to feel that leases are important and yet they are a legal document that at times is stretched in pricing at your will.
