Overall good experience, with some minor feedback.

Stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich on our way out of town. I walked in to a self order kiosk which took a second to figure out how to navigate and order.

We ordered the Ohio City Omelet sandwich and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich (can’t remember the name). Both were tasty and we would order them again.

My bump from 5 stars to 4 being from the kiosk and wait time for receiving my order when I was the only one in the shop.

Seriously the best pumpernickel bagels I have ever had since Miami Beach in the 1960s!! Bagels with holes not rolls with holes. Great customer service from friendly people and fresh baked all day.Great smooth smear nice touch with the egg in the sandwich and delicious lox. The multigrain are delish too. I had the French toast bagel (assuming it was a flavor of the day as it wasn't on the menu) the flavor of the bagel was excellent. Not too sweet like some French toast bagels can be. Toasted perfectly imo, and loaded with cream cheese! I'm not a huge fan of the self order kiosk and that's all they had, and the staff wasn't overly friendly.
