Honestly, just ordered through DoorDash and was so disappointed. I ordered tumeric milk, a green smoothie, and two breakfasts. I was ready for a long wait time. As DoorDash told me it would take about 90 minutes to fulfill my order. I wasn’t expecting it to come lukewarm/cold. The driver hadn’t taken that long long to deliver my food. The smoothie was filled about an inch away from the top, which I could have overlooked. Yet it was so watered down/lukewarm i threw it in the freezer. So waiting to drink that. But the tumeric milk was gross because it was cold. I’d assume if you get an order you make sure to make hot drinks right before the driver gets to you, so you know your giving out product you would be proud of. At least that’s what I did when I was a barista. Now let’s get to the breakfast bols. They where small and cold and the whipped goat cheese tasted too salty . And after eating mine, I’m really really hungry. 40 bucks down the drain. I’m more so angry about the drinks. I hate to write these kinds of reviews but Having worked in all aspects of running a restaurant and cafe this was ridiculous! I understand being burnt out. But be proud of your work. Push out product you would want to pay for. If it’s anything less your just not doing your job. Regardless of how much you get paid, (yes iv made 7 bucks an hour and worked my butt off to give good customer service) care...

Although I didn't order any food (so technically I can't accurately comment on that) I DID have a WONDERFUL experience at Rebol.

That day I had traveled all around town trying to get some personal matters finalized so I can continue making money for college and so, naturally, I was cold and tired. My phone was on 2% and I had no idea if I was going to be able to get on the bus before it died so I went inside Rebol and crossed my fingers that they would be nice and let me use a charger.

Not only was I greeted with one of the warmest welcomes I've ever received, but the staff went through all the chargers until she found one that could charge my phone. I was able to safely warm up for about 15 minutes while doing some homework and listening to the phenomenal Playlist that put me in an even better mood. So heres my breakdown.

Service: Was immediately greeted in a friendly manner Helped me charge my phone The staff actively talked to me like a guest

Atmosphere: The restaurant was really clean and felt nostalgic somehow The music was the best Perfect temperature for how cold it was outside

I didn't get any food this time but I will be returning soon. These folks...

Really nice customer service; my order left much to be desired.

I stopped in with a co-worker, when we first arrived in the city. We got inside and promptly had our order taken by a friendly staffer. My order contained rice, tuna, a sesame sauce (I think...), scallions, corn salsa, and pickled vegs. Now, while the individual bits of food were good, they did not go together for me. The rice seemed a bit cold, which I suppose didn't match my expectation - not to the fault of the waitstaff. The portion was rather small considering the price point (take Chipotle for reference... Obviously, supplychain taken into consideration: they can afford to deal more for less), but similarly it left me wanting more.

Low hanging fruit for management: iterate the tortilla. It tasted a little like movie popcorn to me. Like the the dish's combined elements: not as pleasant in this context! Perhaps refine on the recommendations about which dish components go together per customer expectation (I asked about Asian vibes, so the cheesiness in the corn salsa didn't really do the trick for me).

Keep up the cleanliness and maintaining the consistently...

Regular customer here, typically this location is consistent except as of late. I always order the Acai bowl with extra berries. The fruit has always been fresh but not today. No black berries, I paid extra for something they didn’t have, and no one thought it was a good Idea to say something. The blue berries are like raisins and were soggy mush. My first concern was that these are old and unsafe to consume. I called the location informed the employee of the situation and was placed on hold to speak with Omar the manager. I did not ask to speak with him, again my issue at this point now that I am back in my office having over paid form inedible food. My goal was to inform them of the product they are putting out. OMAR. You sir are very rude and dismissive. I certainly do not have to spend money here and after the customer service I received today I will not. Sad because I really liked their food, it use to be quality. You can’t market a fresh berry bowl and give your customers frozen berries.

I have a theory about this place. My theory is that there is a really great place to eat deep down, but I think they prioritize Uber Eats and deliveries over the dine in experience. Our food was good, but one of the dishes (acai bowl) was just straight up frozen. Not cold, I mean a solid ice block. And I was told by the staff just to wait for it to thaw šŸ˜‚ So, I would assume they keep it frozen because it will be ready when it gets delivered to people. I could be wrong, but I know a lot of places have had to adjust since the COVID times. But hey, COVID is over and businesses need to start adjusting for in person experiences again. Additionally the staff basically ignored us, expecting us to use the digital kiosk to order. Fairly certain if I didn't wave someone down, we would have never been acknowledged. The food looks great, is fairly priced. But I hope some minor changes could be made to make a dine in experience a little better especially since the patio is awesome.

I woke up this morning 11 hours away from REBOL but wishing I was back in Cleveland. I was there for a week and had REBOL 6 out of 7 days. I didn’t venture too deeply into the menu but I can vouch, beyond the shadow of doubt, that the Acai Bol, the Steak Bol 2.0, and the Spicy Shrimp Bol are all a 10/10! The location is central with both indoor and outdoor seating; I think I saw a ping pong table too. There were times that I didn’t find the staff very helpful. For example, if a customer is standing at the counter and it appears that they need help, I think it’s appropriate to acknowledge them. You have the option to order on the kiosks (it is assumed that is what most customers do) but my 1st visit I was u sure of what to do and it wasn’t shared with me. In subsequent visits, if I needed help I had to ask. This clearly didn’t turn me off because I continued to return and bring friends with me, lol. If ever I’m back in Cleveland, I’ll be back!
