Rarely do I feel compelled to write a review, but Terminal Tower has now been my home for a year and a half and has rightfully earned my endorsement.
I have had the privilege of living in one of the most beautiful historic buildings in Cleveland with breathtaking views and unmatched luxury.
While amenities and aesthetics are important, the real highlight to my experience has been the K&D team.
Jessica is a phenomenal property manager and knows her residents and their interests like nobody else. When it came time for me to move units because my roommate was moving out, Jessica curated a list of units that she believed would match my needs and desires; and she nailed it. While Jessica found the right place for me, it was actually her supporting teams and their members who kept me wanting to live there.
Part of my decision to stay at TT was the maintenance team, I had a minor issue in my first unit and another minor issue in my current unit. On both occasions the teams came repeatedly to look into the problem and try to solve it. They came when I wasn't home and when they didn't see the problem they called and even suggested when I get home I connect with them and show them what I saw. On both occasions I was not only heard but respected and treated like a resident and not just 'another tenant'.
This is by far the best experience I have had renting in the Cleveland area and I implore anyone looking to live in Downtown to explore the options the Terminal Tower has to offer. The surrounding environment is great for those who love sports and nightlife, while also having easy access to the...
Read moreAs someone who has lived in many large cities across the United States, I must say the value you get here is second to none! Everyone at Terminal Tower, from the parking and security staff to the leasing and management personal treats you like family from day 1. You can feel the growing positive change taking place right at the heart of the city while living here. If you're looking to have the ability to walk in the tunnel to a Cavs game or a Progressive field, in the middle of winter, or you work from home and like the flexibility and convenience of tower city downstairs, this is the place for you. Anyplace you would want to visit Cleveland for is right here. From the Rock Cino, (connected to the building) to the many great places on West 4th, there is no shortage of options. The gym and roof top lounge are also verry impressive. I often have my young children here as well, they stay the night a few times a week, and I am amazed as to just how safe this place really is. The residence in building are mostly young working professionals. You get a large city feel for the best possible prices in the area. The units are also all verry new. with the highest quality furnishings and finishes. You could not have the same level of quality and elegance in design anywhere else for the price. Ron and his team go beyond what is expected to ensure you have everything you need no matter what time of day or night. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a positive experience in the true heart and soul...
Read more10th floor apartment was not bad; clean, spacious. If you're renting for a short time, like for vacation, BRING EVERYTHING! Even bathroom tissue, soap, everything. Cleaning wipes/ spray, everything. Nothing is provided.
Note that to get to any apartment from the parking lot you must:
Get on an up escalator Walk from one end of a shopping mall, take a second escalator, then walk all the way to the front lobby. You need an entry card/ fob to get through security door. If you don't have this, security must let you into the door that leads to the elevators for the apartments. Below all of this is a TRAIN STATION. Good luck dodging all of this while carrying/ rolling luggage, kids, pets, etc.
Security is not friendly to short time renters (like AirBnB bookings) so ensure that you have proper entry fob or entry card to scan at the door to access your rented space.
Building manager is just as unfriendly. They treat the vagrants in a nicer manner than short term renters. We asked if we could leave our bags at the security desk while we loaded our car (remember, your car is about a mile away through the mall, down escalators and out to the lot.) and we were told that they would not stop "the homeless people from stealing" our bags.
The building is GORGEOUS, but the management of it is horrendous. Just make sure that you discuss all of this with your host before you...
