They don't even anounce when the RedLine goes down and they are going to stick you on a bus. Today 4-08-2021 you didn't know the RedLine wasn't working until you entered Tower City and walk down to were you get the RedLine and then they said walk down to west 3rd to get the 66R bus. That is so terrible to do to handicap people. I even checked the RtA site and nothing was said about it being down . You treat your customers with little regard and then want more money to run the RTA you obvious don't know how to run a business so why give you more money...
