What a great experience at this store and with this team! We came in just wanting to see some setups in person and have an idea of what our dream sactional would be. Brandon was very helpful, showing us the different configurations between a standard seat and deep seat, helped us pick out pet-friendly fabric, and even gave recommendations on how to stack more save more (if we wanted to!) based on the current promotion available. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase, which was amazing. We wanted to wait before making a big decision, but Brandon offered to text us the following week when the new promotion became available just to let us know our current option. By the time he texted, we were ready. Emily helped us out through the purchase process and we were able to do everything via text (love this!). The customer service while going through our order was top notch. Emily checked in after seeing our pieces had been delivered to see how our setup process was going. Their salary isn't commission-based. Employees weren't fighting to try to get the sale. I went in with my whole family and my oldest's friends (7 of us total- 😅😅). My kids were all over the place (and this is a SMALL store) and they were patient and kind. Wished I could've remembered my salesman's name, but he was the best. Honest about pricing, didn't try to upsell me, and even found me a promotion I didn't expect. I can't WAIT until my dream couch is delivered! I could be a promoter for this product! My wife and I were shopping for new great room furniture and had heard great things about Lovesac. After some online research, we visited the store to check things out in person. Darnell greeted us, gave a helpful overview of the furniture and its features, then let us explore at our own pace—which we really appreciated.
