If I could give Zero stars I would! Went in Sunday to exchange out a Christmas gift I got from my mother, a $200 pair of black booties for a pair of dress pants. I didn't have the receipt but thought they could as least give me store credit for what they are ringing up for now. My mom live 2.5 hrs north and didn't have time to get the receipt. The lady told me I need a receipt even for store credit and to come back ONLY when I had proof of purchase. I came back Wednesday when I got my receipt in the mail from my mother. Went in again and the ladies were all around the cash wrap gossiping and didn't event acknowledge I was in the store until I was waiting in line. The lady leaning against the cash wrap said "even with the receipt this is passed our 60 policy for returns." I said oh no, I'd just like to exchange for some dress pants. The lady then I kid you not looked me up and down and said hunny that's not gonna happen. I then said I had spoken with a lady Sunday and she said it would be no problem. She then stated she had worked there for 25 years and I was wrong and the lady would never say that and I can call corporate but there was nothing she could do for me being 2 DAYS PASSED THE 60 return policy. I Will never shop at WHBM Partridge again and I work in...
Read moreI've shopped at WHBM locations all over the country. Yesterday I decided to check out this location to buy the new red trench coat. I was not able to reach the coats because they were too high up. Every single sales person completely ignored me while I was trying to find help. I decided to get into line and patiently waited my turn to ask for help. The rude lady at the counter never even acknowledged that I was standing there and tried to take the lady behind me (whom also was ONLY waiting to ask a question). The lady behind me told her I had been waiting patiently for quite a while. This seemed to further annoy her and she copped an attitude when I asked about sizing for the coat and if I could have help getting them off the wall. She also literally laughed in my face when I asked if they had it petite in the store. It became clear that she was not going to help me try to find the correct size and that frankly I didn't want to spend my hard earned money in this store. I had fully intended to purchase this $200+ jacket yesterday. Instead I left empty handed and will never shop at this location again... Today I went to the Somerset location where they happily helped me find the correct size jacket. It's worth the drive...
Read moreWhat can I say about this place? The people here are AMAZING. I came in on a Tuesday, 2 hours before I had to be at a wedding with NO idea what a cocktail dress was. Explained my situation (I had been looking all day, couldn't find one, felt like a busted can of biscuits in every dress I tried on that day).
The worker who greeted me at the door was amazing. She stopped everything she was doing when I told her I had less than 2 hours to find a dress and get to the wedding. She stopped everything she was doing when I told her I had less than 2 hours to find him a dress and get to the wedding she grabbed multiple dresses for me to try on, kept coming back to see if I needed help, kept bringing me more dresses.
Even though I couldn't find a dress, she helped turn my day around! To her, it was more than just doing her job, she genuinely wanted to help!
I had been to tons of other stores throughout the day, not one person treated me the way she treated me. Not one person cared to help the way she helped! I wish I had gotten her name, but you should definitely be proud of her! So if you're the salesperson that was there Tuesday, around 2:00 I appreciate you more...
