AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
These folks had my wife's car up on their lift, had all 4 tires off, un-mounted them, then came into me and told me their quoted tires wouldn't work. He then told me his NEW quoted price on a different set of which were significantly more money.
I told him i'll just wait, and to put my tires back on. He then told me there would be a charge to put my tires back on my car and i protested telling him that's wrong..He then went out into the garage, then asked me to come out and showed me my tires, then told me they won't put my tires back on because they're a safety hazard, and they won't be held liable, and that i could sue them. I said What!?
I then told him(Jared) you WILL put my tires back on my car, he refused and told me i could call a tow truck. Lol! You have got to be kidding me. I then informed Jared i will now be calling the police, as i pulled my phone out to call them. He quickly left and came back with a waiver which i signed. He also had a serious attitude toward me at this point stating he didn't want my business anyway, of which i told him that's alright, because i wouldn't give him or his store a dime of my money, ever.
They then put the tires back on my wife's car, and as i began to drive away i noticed the entire car shaking.. They sent me away without balancing my tires. The entire experience and attitude of this store is THE worst i've ever had in 30 years of buying tires.
I then crawled the car up to a competitor, they got me in, and i not only purchased a better rated(mileage)set of tires, but i saved over $40 dollars in the process.
Strong arm tactics appear to be the word of the day here, along with dishonesty and no integrity.

After purchasing my car after about 6 months I needed new tires as it is a lowered car and was lowered incorrectly so it was wearing wrong on the tires. Les fixed the balancing issue, gave me new tires. After the normal time frame for tire rotation I brought my car back for the warranty rotation. They then told me there could rotate them because the ware was bad and wanted me to buy all 4 new tires. After I was completely upset. I talked to someone else that finally looked up my information to see that not only were the tires still under thier warranty but it was still under the manufacturer warranty. Then they said that they couldn't cover thier warranty because it was a balancing issue. I told them that they did the balancing. After more time and a full day wasted I had to get two new tired and they still wouldn't rotate the tires. I brought the car home and my husband had to rotate them. So after 3,000 miles I brought my car back to have them rotated. I waited 3 hours when they told me the wait was only 1 hour. and they broke two lug nuts both on the passenger side. They did fix one but couldn't fix the other. Now I have to bring my car back down to have the other one fixed when the part is in. I hate coming here because I have to prepare myself to try to be scared into buying something every time. They think because I'm a girl I don't know what is up with my car. What they don't know is my dad taught me very well about my car. And my husband is a 20 year retired mechanic. But I get free tire rotations. Read moreJimmy and Jerrod are top notch managers. I recently had a leveling kit, new wheels and tires installed on my FJ Cruiser and it was the best buying experience I have had in a long, long time. Jerrod spoke with me for about 45 minutes to help me decide on the best size and combination of tires and wheels, without even knowing if I would be purchasing these from them. The store was busy, but he made sure to educate me on what would look and ride best. The look and ride of my vehicle is amazing. I think it is the best looking blue FJ I have seen. When the did this work, I also had them do my brakes. When I received my car back it seemed like the brake pedal was depressing too far before catching. I took it back in and they immediately redrained the brake fluid and it was a little better, but still did not feel right. Jimmy, the manager, called me to personally check on the brakes and see how they were doing. When I spoke with him he had me bring it back and they took apart the calipers to make sure they had done everything they could to get my brakes done to my satisfaction. My brakes work perfectly now and they never made me feel bad for bringing it back or being a picky customer. The customer service here is second to none. Everyone from the mechanics to the front office is friendly and makes you feel appreciated. Jimmy sets this example and it shows in his team. I will bring all of my vehicles to him because of this. I saw a couple reviews that shocked me on here, but I guarantee that if you take your issue to Jimmy, he will take care of you. I would recommend this...
