I dont normally write about experiences at fast food places when there are minor issues. We are human, and humans make mistakes. But when I spend over $30 on food at a Taco Bell, I would hope, at minimum, to at least get what I ordered.
I went inside and ordered at the kiosk to make sure any changes I asked for were entered (maybe 3 alterations), and any mistake would be on my end. None of the food I ordered was correct. I specifically asked for extra meat on 3 items because in the past, the 'regular' amount isn't even a tablespoons worth of meat. You could barely detect meat on any of my orders! On both crunchwraps, the meat was lightly layered on HALF of my food. Literally.
The staff was playing explicit music in the kitchen that was louder than the music in the dining area. I watched as 3 groups of people walked into the restaurant and almost immediately walked again out without ordering anything. I wish I had...

I’ve never had worse customer service. I asked what menu items are gluten-free and the lady’s answer was, “None.” I asked if the chips and salsa are gluten free. Still a no. I later googled gluten-free options at Taco Bell. The first result was an article from Taco Bell detailing 8 gluten-free items on their menu.
Since I couldn’t eat anything, my friends and I decided to get some drinks, so we ordered three large Baja Blasts. They ended up being about 80% Sprite with a hint of Baja Blast. No smile, no thank you. Pretty...
