Customer service is non existent.I had one employee tell me to put my items back 3 times because I asked to set my items down and grab another item.She acted insulted and was extremely loud repetitive and rude.I was Christmas shopping and refused to let her inability to understand customer service ruin my experience.I then proceed to checkout where the cashier let me know that my experience with the other employee was due to corporate treating them like s✨✨t and doesn't care about them at all.She let me know it was the holidays to explain the bad behavior.I lost brain cells communicating w these two individuals..Worst Experience to have on my first Christmas shopping trip this year.This happened Thurs. Evening Nov30 between 5 -'530.A grumpy cashier is one thing a customer service person working the floor requesting over 3 times repetively for you to put your items back instead of helping a custmomer w a full armful of purchases is absolutely disturbing.I doubt corporate knows this is going on...
Read moreThis is a Very busy store and I can only guess it must be the highest producing store for Bealls Outlet. The only reason I am giving the store 4 stars is because the store is an "Old" building and the enviroment looks "Old". That's possibly the reason it also smells of mildew sometimes. The building itself is ancient as a reflection of the old ceiling, bathrooms and flooring. Those from this area remember the old pharmacy that was in that location. If you look at the floors, you can see just how old and dingy it is, even the paint, cash register, counters, and bathrooms are way past their prime. BUT, the merchandise stock is plentiful and between the two stores, it's hard to come out empty handed. Remember that Monday's & Friday's are discount days for the different age groups. Read moreBought 9 items ..cashier gave me one sack of items...large sack..i assumed all items in that same sack...upon returning to condo..found last 4 items missing..immwdiately called store..cashier was smart mouthed..not only denied missing a bag..but my remaining items given to next customer behind me..cashier clueless..returned to visit with floor manager..nothing she could do til another manager checked security cameras to find missing items...no refund on items left there ..no more outlet for me..in conclusion ..the cashier on next shift knew issues with the cashier making mistakes as did the manager i spoke with...as of yet no refund...but someone behind me in line got a very nice surprise in her bag...free surprise!
