I really wanted to love this place. But after dining there, I decided that I don’t even like it and won’t be returning. First, it took about 15 minutes of driving around before we finally found a parking space, so we had to walk about 3 blocks to get there. Not easy when there’s a disabled person in your party who has difficulty standing/walking, and you have a long street light you have to wait for before crossing a major thoroughfare. Once we arrived, we were barely greeted and were told to sit wherever we wanted. The table we chose was so lopsided that we had to shove stacks of napkins under 3 of the legs to keep the tabletop from moving. We were given menus that were just pieces of paper that were super wrinkled, torn in multiple places, and half soaked in water. They literally looked like they had been fished out of the trash! We ordered lobster rolls and a few drinks. The $12 cocktails were served in small 6oz stemless martini glasses. The Mystic-Tini was a pomegranate vodka drink that was okay, but barely sweet, very watered down and it had no taste of alcohol. The Espresso Martini was only filled about 3/4 of the way, and again I tasted no alcohol. The only thing I tasted was a super sweet, syrupy coffee, with no hint of kahlua. I only had a few small sips. Really gross. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed in the lobster rolls too. They were served on open faced hot dog buns, along with some fries, a couple tablespoons of tasty coleslaw and a couple tablespoons of sticky, tasteless baked beans that were super thick and dry. The lobster was chunky, but oh SO DRY and simply tasteless!! It didn’t even look that appetizing. Not even a hint of salt or even the flavor of fresh lobster. We considered sending them back, but didn’t. Then to top things off, when we were finished and ready to leave, we couldn’t get the attention of our server and it took about 15 minutes to finally get the check. We were given a credit card receipt to sign that didn’t have the option to tip, which was weird, so we tipped in cash. From start to finish, there was really nothing positive to say about the whole experience. Total waste of $100.00. Utterly disappointing. :-/

Walked in to Mystic Lobster Roll Company and the decor and and atmosphere made it seem like it was gonna be a great dinner. Looks are definitely deceiving. Sat down and wait for menus, had to get them myself. After I sat down another group of 2 were seated. The waitress gave them menus and took their order before ours. Then another table of 3 came in. The waitresses greeted them and gave them menus. We waited approximately 15 mins after she went to every table but ours and she FINALLY took our order. Waited another 10/15 mins for our drinks we ordered water, a beer and a mixed drink. The waitresses came back and told us they didn’t have 1 of our dinner items in the kitchen. We picked something else. Our appetizer was ok. A long while later our dinner finally came. My Food was missing 2 items. My dad’s food also was missing items. The food tasted ok nothing special. The waiter argued with us saying we dont get the fries and beans. I had to show them their own restaurant menu to get the food im paying more. I’m still waiting to pay as I write this. Waiting and waiting. Meanwhile there is no one else here. She is cleaning every table in the place as we wait. Not sure why. I overheard other tables having similar issues with the food. They stated they would not be coming back. I will not be going back as well.

The lobster is delicious. Lobster is expensive so the whole lobster menu looks expensive, but for lobster it is fairly priced here. And did I say it was delicious. I had the Connecticut which is warm with butter on a hot dog roll. I was just in Maine where the lobster comes right out of the water, and here it tastes just as good and costs the same, and you didn't have to go to Maine. I will come back to try the cold lobster options with mayo, they have all the new England options. The beers were cold and a nice selection on tap. The fries were excellent, looked hand cut, but maybe not, still crispy and delicious. Cold slaw tasted made fresh, I would recommend. Beans on the side seemed from a can but I wouldn't complain, just a side and what can you do special with baked beans. Atmosphere is nice, good place to Hong out. Staff are very nice. It is in a tough location, there are 5 parking spots right out front, after that you have to park at the bank or walk a couple of blocks; this is the standard for cocoa village so nothing surprising. I hope this place makes it, so please support, you won't be disappointed with the food and service.

Thought about not leaving a review but the world needs to be warned. So... here it goes... My wife and I visit Brevard quite often (my mom is a resident) and my mom likes to take us out when we are here... we decided to invite some other family as well, so she called ahead and made sure there was a reserved table. She had never been to this establishment but read the raving reviews and asked if we wanted to try it... So we show up... looks neat on the outside, live music on the inside, so far so good... we walk in and its about 105° we were greated by our server and seated... aside from us there might've been 8 customers in the restaurant... and an equal amount of staff... as we were waiting to place our order, a guy wearing a restaurant shit sipping on a drink approaches like hes going to take our order.... nope, he just wanted to talk to us... an honest 8-10 minutes goes by before we get our drink order in... in the meantime, as I looked around the restaurant it became abundantly clear that the owner needs to get rid of everyone in that restaurant and hire people that have some pride... the guy who initially approached us didnt complete a single task the entire time we were there and was getting paid(I'm sure) there was one bartender there that appeared to be the manger... she was the only one in the entire restaurant with any motivation to be there... standing next to her was a younger gentleman clean cut. Hair in dreds... For the hour and a half we were there, he stood essentially in one spot talking to a couple around his age... openly hitting a purple vape pen behind the bar in front of customers (you know who you are) disgusting and illegal... So we finally order our food. I got the crab cake sandwich my wife got some hot lobster roll, my mom ordered something similar... one of us ordered the clam chowder and honestly, I would close those restaurant doors and serve the chowder out of a food truck... that was the only positive experience the entire time DELICIOUS!!!... everything else was trash at best... so then we get the bill and for 7 people to eat the bill was around $400... So if you're ever in the mood to have microwaved lobster in a sauna with employees that have little to no desire to be at work (with the exception of our server and the bartender) this might just be the place for you... heard cajon soul, a restaurant up the road was...
