Chico's — Local services in Coconut Creek

The most frustrating experiences at the Coconut Creek location in Florida. It's a convienent location in a shopping center with lots of restaurants. We generally eat and go look at Chico's to walk off dinner and spend some money.

That will not happen again at this location! We walk in the door at 5:30 and they "warn" us that they close exactly at 6:00. We get that, the window says that and typical of retail on Sunday. Then they proceed to watch us closely and if we pick up an item or two the next person "warns" us they close at exactly 6:00. The third person proceeds to tell us not to go into the dressing room late because they close exactly at 6:00. I don't understand the attitude of pushing a customer out the door before we even get in. They are just rude and obviously don't like their jobs. Yes, one Sunday we may have found something as we were walking out and went back to buy it, maybe at 5:55 by mistake, I can't really say but I take it personally that they don't want our business! Maybe because my mother in law is 93 and has a heavy accent they think she doesn't understand them. We are Chico shoppers but we won't be at that location ever again, nor will my family. Sorry to say the staff if old enough ( in their 50'a and 60's) to know the importance of taking care of a customer. Customers matter today more than ever, they aren't Amazon!

I recommend NEVER going to...

I went to return a few items that I never wore and were purchased less than 60 days ago. I had no problem with returning them. I also wanted to return a black sweater that I washed and wore once that a seam was coming apart. It was purchased at the same time as the other items. The cashier, Jasmine, would not take the sweater back. She wouldn't even look at the seam coming apart. She just pointed to the return policy on the receipt. I expect my clothes to last more than one wash and wear. I'll no longer be a customer of Chicos since they won't stand behind their clothing. Clearly the quality of their clothing has decreased over time. I was the only customer in the store and I assume they don't care about retaining customers. I advise other customers to not shop at this store anymore. I can see why the last 3 reviews...

From the moment you walk in you are treated like celebrity. Beautiful selection of clothes top of the line quality and amazing very knowledgeable sales associates run by great managers . who are going to dress you up from the head to toe . They will set up dressing room for you and you don’t have to do anything except being transformed to walkway model. If they don’t have size or outfit in store they will order it for free delivered to your doorstep . Great team of kind and polite people with amazing taste for fashion.
