CSP-K — Local services in Colchester

I got arrested and a dui because an off duty Manchester police officer illegally passed me in front of RHAM High School. He was in a truck and I was trying to get the plate number and report it. I couldn't get the plate but apparently he called troop k to report ME. I then turned around, went to a bar in amston, took my keys OUT off my ignition and went inside for a drink, two officers came in about 20 mins latet and called out my car model and name and asked me to step outside. They then had me do 3 different sobriety test...apparently I failed and got arrested. I have a serious question, because I haven't been able to drive for over a year, how do you get a dui when YOUR NOT DRIVING. Seriously how is that fair. I think your all just out to get people to make money and that's it. I didn't break the law at all and now I haven't been able to drive for a year and a half and I have to pay about 900 dollars for an ignition breathalyzer that I shouldn't have in...

This police department is crooked and nothing will ever be done about it ..these cop break the same laws they were hired to protect and they stick together like a criminal organization!! We need a type of police that just goes after cops !!!! Internal affairs is a sad joke just to make us think we have a leash on these out of control animals .. They are unprofessional and let their personal feelings and their family's run the job .. you are just criminals with badges and the only people giving 5 stars are the cops themselves or the families or the 1 or 2 people that might of got helped by accident... a broken clock is right twice a day!!!!!!!! Also the guy Steven Herrick is part of the cop family so of course he insults everyone that thinks they are a bunch of dirty hoods hiding behind a badge and breaking they law when they want to make an arrest.. people don't take this from them speak...

Im from NYC I was at the casino going home I was looking for a place to eat took a couple wrong turns ended up in Windham Ct was very surprised that state police were so bored that they hide on a side streets to hand out tickets for people going through a stop sign that is covered by a tree branches, I seen one guy get out of his truck look around and take a picture of the large bushy branch and warned me to stop. to be honest I never seen the stop sign in the trees! Im so confused because were I live the police try to be honest and protect not act sneaky and play kid games by trapping citizens, don't you think as a good human you should recommend them cutting tree before someone...
