Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Colerain Township

The new manager is really nice and gives me an extra piece of chicken knowing i dont eat sides.

EDIT: So i come to Popeyes almost 2 times a week and for the past 4 weeks the app hasn't been working for me and wont let me order for drive through. I have been going inside to have the order placed because its a deal through the app they wouldnt let me do through drive through which is fine. The past 2 weeks the inside has been closed but i knock on the door and get let in and they still process my order. Well they got a new manager and i went in the other day knocked on the door and got let in. But when I explained the situation the manager and another lady were very rude and told me to bad and to get out and only after a co worker who sees me in there all the time said to wait and rang me up was i able to get my food. Definitely finding another place to get food for a long while after this. That new manager and other lady needs to be fired. Manager even said shes only been there 2 days and shes already starting trouble.

EDIT 03/17/2024: No issues for my code for a year and no they refuse to take a coupon code they gave me because of the app messing up all the time. My experience was horrible & traumatizing. I have never dealt with anything like this in my life I came to my manager and told him that I was getting discriminated against. The only resolution he came up with was to fire me I worked for this job for over a year and in poor conditions and under discriminating circumstances. I would not recommend working for them I have proof and pictures of what I had to go through then fired me because I simply requested a meeting with the boss To explain to him what I’ve been going through in his store and before I get a chance to they fired me I have one of the best customer service in the store I have always followed the rules and did my job but when I would speak up and stand my ground because there was clearly some discrimination and unfair treatment going on in the store and I informed him about it .Then I get fired I would never work for another fast food restaurant ever again all they care about is money and not the employees...

Just went into the drive-through to order some food. I ordered a dozen biscuits a fish sandwich, a chicken sandwich and a side of coleslaw and it was $32.14. The lady said it’s gonna be about six minutes on the biscuits I said no problem at all. She says well we have 10 ready if you’d rather just take the 10 instead of the dozen I said that’s fine I handed the money to her and she stared at the register and paused for a minute and was looking at the cash register.
